Blaze Pizza — Restaurant in Buena Park

Not the best experience. Taste wise, the pizza was ok. The service and attitude was disappointing. We walked in and saw that they were slammed with online orders, which I totally get, but it took a good 10 minutes before we finally got to order. And my wife had to ask for that to happen. Got 4 pizzas and when they came out two at a time, we heard them call our name for those two, but they said nothing for the last two and we had to walk over to ask. We also got two sodas. The machine had no carbonation, so we ask two employees if that could be fixed and they both said I don't know how to do that. End of story. So...we paid for flat sodas until I asked a third time and employee gave us a bottled soda, which was great...but had such a bad attitude about it, like it was my fault. So very sad about this experience and definitely will not return to...

I didn't feel welcome when I walked in, there was no greeting. Instead there were these two giggling teenagers talking to each other, pointing at me. Stingy as hell with the toppings, had to ask for cheese 3 times, got 5 pepperoni's, 1 artichoke rip into 4 pieces, asked for bazil 3 times got 5 tiny pieces, asked for garlic got none, asked for Oregon got none, asked for mushrooms got none. These teens were pretending to be slow and stupid, which they don't have to pretend they are, but anyways the problem was bad service. Do they drive the employees to pay for the toppings? If not why are they so stingy with the toppings? The employees shouldn't make fun of the customers. They need to do their jobs that's what they get paid for, not to be horse playing and giving bad service...

I've eaten at this location before with my mom and never had a problem until my visit today.

Our server was stingy as hell with the toppings. They just picked up only a pinch of whatever we asked for and threw it haphazardly in the middle our pizza. We had to keep asking for even just a little bit more of the ingredients that I ended up giving up half way through since we were getting annoyed and starving. Even with asking though, we still ended up with a half-assed pie as pictured.

Very disappointed and frustrated with the service today and will choose wisely if I really want to come to this location next time. If I see that employee making the food in the front again, I'm...
