First, I want to start off with the good: 1) The Lobby is beautiful and the staff is nice and there is a beautiful courtyard in the middle of the hotel. 2) We got a king room with a pull out sofa bed. The bedroom was very large. There isn't any carpet, fake wood floors or laminate was throughout. This is nice because you don't have to worry about allergies as much. It also feels cleaner. The bathroom was a good size and the water was hot. The main room with the sofa bed had a table and two chairs, a wet bar with sink and fridge. The sofa was an "L" shape and a TV was in there. There is a light with a sensor so when you walk in, it lights automatically. This is great after a long day at the parks and your hands are full. The master bedroom was a great size. Almost the size of a double queen room. It had a dresser, tv, another piece of furniture to put things on, and closet that was huge with plenty of hangers. The closet also had a light with a sensor. There was a floor lamp and 2 night stands with lamps that had two outlets in each. This was great for our electronics. The bed was very comfortable!! When our room was turned down and cleaned they did a good job. Our cords were wrapped up and placed nicely on our nightstand. Some may not like this, but I enjoyed that attention to detail. Now, the not so great: 1) the place is older so do not expect a Hilton, Marriott, or even Holiday Inn feel of "newness." 2) We had approximately 3 outlets that did not work. 3) We had some drink splatter on some of the furniture that wasn't wiped down. We just got a towel wet and wiped it down very easily. 4) We did not receive new towels after our first night. It wasn't a huge deal because we bring our own bath towels for showering, but to not get fresh towels is disappointing. 5) They seemed short staffed as we had to go to the front desk to get the towels both nights. 6) If you lock the door to your room, your room key will not work. Be aware of this if your family comes back before you do. I know the rooms are recently renovated, but it would be nice to see all the faceplates changed to match the walls. Many of ours we're broken. The non working plugs need to be fixed. The air conditioning module needs to be updated as well so it is easier to use. We shouldn't have to ask for towels two nights in a row, they should be refilled each day (if they're left on the floor or in tub per the Hotels request for new towels). They still use a comforter on the beds instead of the "blanket" that is now on hotel beds for better cleanliness. Despite some of the negative, we would come back here. It's a nice place and for the $85 a night we spent for 3 nights, it was the perfect price.

Save your money and stay somewhere else! We checked into this hotel on March 11th and within an hour we found several items damaged in the room as you can see some included in the photos. The damaged items included: screen door was ripped, couch cushion zipper was ripped, shower curtain was falling apart, there was no remote for one of televisions, we could not close the blinds for the front room where my young child was going to be sleeping on the pull out couch bed, and we saw a spider in the room. After identifying the damage we spoke to the front desk and they offered to switch us rooms, I stated I wanted to check the room before agreeing to moving rooms, the second room looked a bit better however the toilet did not flush, so I went down to the front desk again and she said they had no maintenance on site so she would again move our rooms. The third room was a bit better, there was a hole in one of the couch cushions as pictured, the screen for the windows were also ripped in this room, and we saw another spider. Not only were there issues with everything stated above, but the hotel elevator did not work, there was a water leak in the lobby where they had buckets catching water from the rain, the Wi-Fi did not work at all during the duration of our stay, the hot tub was closed during most of our stay, and there was no daily housekeeping. The hotel did not have pillows or sheets for the couch pull out bed. There was no additional towels provided, when we asked we were told they were out of towels and to check back later, the other 2 times we checked for new or additional towels we were given the same response. The hotel was absolutely not as listed nor was it professionally ran at all. It is completely unacceptable to allow guests to stay at a place this poorly run down. Not only do I have safety concerns but also health concerns. I have traveled for several times over the years and never in my life have I had so many issues with a simple hotel stay. We had multiple friends also staying at this hotel for an event and their rooms were just as bad if not worse, there were exposed wires in one of the rooms from the wall outlets, there was hair all over the shower walls, and the AC/ heat did work in their rooms. I requested a call from a manager when we checked out and I never heard back.

If I could give this place a 0, I would. I had hope when we first arrived because the hotel looks nice from the outside, the lobby looked clean too. The girl that checked us in had a conversation the entire time with someone else instead of helping us. After she took our payment, she just said your room is in the back. Didn’t show us a map or anything, just said it’s in the back. She told us there were elevators at the front of the hotel, but they weren’t working. We made our way to the back and found another elevator, it wasn’t working and had to walk across the property to find another one that was. When we finally got to our room, the door had a gap that made it looked opened. When we walked in, the room smelled like mildew, I turned on the AC that sat at 74. About 30 minutes in, the AC had only gone down to 73, so I called the hotel and she told me that they would send maintenance. Btw, I had to call the hotel from my phone because the phone in the room was missing all the buttons! When maintenance showed up, he reeked of poor hygiene. He pressed a couple button’s and said give it about 10 minutes for it to cool down. We left for dinner for two hours and came back to a hotel room that was only at 74. The whole night the room was between 73 and 74° when I had placed it to go down to 68°. There was a sliding glass door as the window that had a locking mechanism that wasn’t appropriately attached to the door, but I just hoped that I would be able to open the sliding glass door so that we could get fresh air in the room. The door never opened. The curtain to the sliding glass door was torn and stained. There was stains on the sheets as well. There was stains on the wall throughout the hotel room. The doors to the dresser in the room were all open because there was a section of the room that caved in. In the bathroom, the shower dripped the whole night and there was hair throughout the tub. The shower handle was also loose and wouldn’t stay in the “warm” part correctly. There were parts of the shower/ tub area that looked corroded. I never saw any security cameras throughout the hallway or even outside. Which worried me because there were homeless people walking around the parking lot in the early morning and looking through some of the cars.

This hotel and it's staff are an absolute disgrace! My family arrived on the 16th of August and were given room 442. When we tried to open the door it was bolted on the inside. First room we checked into was 136, wasn’t up to normal standards as we stay here all the time and after requesting a new room we were immediately moved to 137 which wasn’t much better, but we made do for the sake of not wanting to keep complaining and moving all of our luggage. I regret not speaking up now with the given situation I’m in. No tv in living room, a lot of what looks to be water damage to dresser& nightstands. Bathroom door wouldn’t close without being a bit forceful. Toilet had flushing issues, had to call maintenance to room to repair. Couch cushion covers were unzipped and not completely on. When we pulled the cushions off the couch to use pull out bed there were crumbs and small toys and dirt under cushions. Spider nest in both rooms 136 and 137, actual spider in one bed. Damage to front door to the point you can see light coming through where you shouldn’t. Desk attendant sleeping at desk when we went up for pool towels. I’ve been staying here for 10 years through each new ownership after it was the Radisson, the location is great and it’s typically quiet and plenty of room for my family in one room which is why I have made excuses to keep coming back. I just sort of deal with the inconveniences and now I’m regretful and feel stupid for doing so. I’ve been stuck in the janky elevator more than once, my kids will no longer use the elevators. In December 2024 when we stayed before taking a cruise out of Long Beach there were squatters in one of the rooms being weird and laying around on second level stair case near the pool on speaker phone talking loudly. We told management and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. Again, I let it go I know things happen and I just wanted to have a good Christmas trip with my family. I leave good reviews so that I can check in early without paying $35 fee. This last stay in early February 2025 I used ONE hand towel to remove a salon grade mud facial mask leaving the towel with spots on it to be cleaned. I use white hand towels with my clients (I’m an esthetician) to do the SAME with the product and have never had issues with it not washing out, ever. I spoke to the hotels general manager on 2/14 asking why my deposit had not yet been refunded and he said due to towel damage they kept my $150 deposit. We are decent people, we clean before we leave, put all bath towels in bath, compiled all trash in shopping bags in corner, we don’t leave the place trashed. I’ve never had this issue there nor anywhere and I give myself a mini facial on every trip for the sake of relaxing, and well, why not! Manager said he would call me back it is now 2/17 and no call back, he was to speak with the house keeping supervisor and “let me know” because they had photos. I know for a fact we did NOT damage any towels let alone $150 worth of towels with ONE face mask, for all the times I shut my mouth about things at this place I feel like a dummy for now being charged $150 and ignored for the general manager about said issue. I’m so disappointed about this happening, 2nd floor rooms are nicer I’ll say from us staying in the past which I would have stayed in again or even still might if the hotel manager does the right thing. Typically fair customer service other than this issue. Quiet hotel, awesome location! Wish I had photos to corroborate everything listed but like I said, I’ve just made due because I really do not like being THAT customer 😑 but I’ve been left with no choice, refund my $150 or charge me for the ONE hand towel your housekeeper didn’t want to wash before snapping photos and charging me $150. Ridiculous, where are the owners on this decision? Room was made under my married name, Bonnette, we checked in...
