I work at Starbucks and I know that its not an easy job, but Im not sure why something always goes wrong when I go here. The first time I ever went to this location, I ordered at the drive-thru. I got a DCCF with no whip yes drizzle a VBF frappuccino no whip and 2 cake pops. They gave me a dccf with extra whip and no drizzle, my VBF frappuccino was okay but they completely forgot my cake pops. So I went inside to get them and they were asking me for my receipt, when the employee never gave me one after me requesting it. So some guy looked at me, made a face and said "I think I took her order at the drive thru, just give them to her". The second time I went was to get points for a Star Dash. I went inside for this transaction. I needed to buy a protein box, because we don't have those at my store, or else I would just get them there, when the employee asked if I wanted anything else and I said no, she started giving me attitude because I refused to purchase a drink.. Last night, I went to get 2 breakfast sandwhiches($3.75 each) a venti White Tea (2.95) and a lemon loaf ($2.95) at the drive-thru, she asks if I want my receipt, I say yes, and she disposed of it, I paid $16 and the employee didnt want to give me the loaf, and she started taking another order when I hadnt left the window yet and then she looks at me and I tell her she didnt give me my loaf and she goes into the front to talk to another employee for like 3 minutes and then she says nothing and gives me the loaf. Today was my 4th time there and the employee was nice and everything went smoothly, but there was something floating in my tea :( I got it out and it was a rubbery rocky substance.. the tea was still good though so it...

There was literally 10 workers behind the counter and all of them seemed to have terrible training. They lost 2 of our cups and never made our drinks. We proceeded to wait and see if they were making it. There were many people who were getting their drinks but we weren't. Out of all 10 of the workers, not a single one of them bothered to ask us if we we're waiting for our drinks. When we told a worker that we were missing our drinks, she just said ok and didn't do anything about it. We waited and then told her again. They finally got started on our drinks, and they took 5 minutes just to make them. We had been waiting for 25 minutes at this point. They finally finished the drinks and they made one wrong. When we told them, she acted as though she was completely unaware of our order even though we told them 4 times. We then spoke to the manager whole they were remaking the drink and he all he did was ask where the drinks were, as if we hadn't already done so ourselves. They finally made the drinks and the manager didn't even bother to give us an apology or try to do anything to make up for our 30 minute wait. He then proceeded to make lousy excuses to try to make why a had taken place seem like it was nobody's fault. He didn't accept responsibility for it, nor did he try to do anything to correct it. Read moreI came in through the drive thru today and a girl took my order and when I got to the window to pay it was a different person who charged me it was a male . BE AWARE OF what they charge you. I asked for a trenta dragon fruit with LIGHT ICE and they charged me an extra $1 but on the description it said “no water extra base” I asked the guy why was it that it said that on the description where it showed the extra $1 fee. He went ahead and said that it wasn’t him who charged me that but that it was the girl who took my order. He explained that it was because I asked for light ice. And I said really? Since when do you guys charge for light ice? It doesn’t charge for light ice when I place it through the mobile app and he said really ? “I didn’t know that “ so I went ahead and messaged customer service and I let them know that they are charging for light ice in a sneaky way. And customer service said they are NOT allowed to charge for light ice. Starbucks baristas shouldn’t be charging extra for light ice especially if they are not allowed to.
