This is one of the worst jimmy johns. I’ve had nothing but problems here. Ive had delivery orders take over an hour. One time they delivered to the wrong house and said they would give me a free sandwich and to just give my phone number the next time I went there. They told me there was nothing under my number for a free sandwich and I was not able to get one. One time they asked me to repeat my order multiple times, I order a basic menu item, and it wasn’t even close to being correct. Recently, I placed an order on their app for delivery. It had been over an hour, so I called and they said they were no longer doing deliveries, and apparently they don’t call you tell let you know??? You’re just expected to wait for a sandwich that’s never coming??? I asked to be refunded since the money was taken out of my account, they said they would speak to a manager, the manager said that he already took care of it. Several days later and the money is still not in my account. If management took care of it, they should know that they need to call the customer to inform them that they are not doing deliveries at this time due to staffing issues. Or maybe do something so customers aren’t able to place delivery orders??? Today, I went there and asked for chips. Got home and I had no chips. My receipt said I paid for them. Read moreI have given this location so many chances and I am finally done. I love Jimmy John's, but I will no longer come here. About 50% of the time, the bread is hard and crusty and not fit to eat. Often when I order my sub and add bacon, the staff argues with me and tells me that I should be ordering a different sub that's "the same thing". It is not the same, their suggestion does not have cheese, and I want cheese. They always forget to cut it half even though I always ask; it's difficult to eat it neatly without it being cut. I've complained only once. The manager was unable to find my transaction to refund me, so she gave a credit tied to my phone number. When I attempted to use the credit, I was scolded for not calling ahead to use it. I replied I hadn't been told that I needed to. The manager rudely told me that he had just told me yesterday to do so. Well, that wasn't the Manager that gave the credit; it was a girl, and it had been a week prior. I'm done with inedible bread and rude employees, back to Subway I go.
UPDATE: this location has vastly improved over the last year or so. The employees are kind (and fast!) and the bread is never crunchy anymore. I'm back to getting lunch here every week or so, and have had no complaints in...
Read moreI placed an order for delivery online through the app. Within 1 minute, the store called to say they didn't have any drivers and asked if I would like the meal refunded or if I could come to pick it up. I told them I could pick it up (it would be ready in 5 minutes). Picking up the order was fine, except I was never apologized to about having to pick up my sandwich (I even told them I had ordered for delivery but was told I needed to pick it up). Once I got back to work, I looked at the receipt and it showed I had been charged the $4 delivery fee, so I called to see what they could do. Again, no apology, but someone got on the phone and said they would cancel my online order and just re-enter the order without the fee. They had to call back a minute later because they hadn't taken my card information during the last phone call. Still no apology. I didn't mind having to go pick up my sandwich, I understand labor shortages are hurting everyone, but what bothered me was the lack of empathy from the workers (and even the manager I spoke to).
