Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Buffalo

I'd love to give them 5 stars! Sadly, they are very inconsistent. I have had to drive back multiple times to return pizzas because they get my order wrong or missing a pizza (so make sure you always check the pizza before you head home!). Last time I did an online order I went in to wait for them to put my pizzas in the online order section and later found out that they hadn't even started my pizza because they were out of pan pizzas, you'd think they would've called me to let me know instead of waiting for me to get to the store!? Nope. I'm not sure what the issue is but seems to me that someone is not training them in very well. On a positive note, the pizza is great when they get my order right! Went to pick up the seven pizzas I ordered online. I saw them but Didn’t want to just take them and walk out without acknowledging the girl working. The place was empty.
