The bouncers so disrespectful, aggressive and rude.

Upon entering, the bouncers were on a power trip and began yelling at my friend for wearing a hoodie. My friend complied and went back to his car to remove the hoodie. When he returned, the bouncers confirmed with my friend that he could skip the line and enter the bar because the rest of us were waiting at the top. When he did skip the line, which they said he could do, they began yelling at us and were picky about where he could stand.

We were extremely uncomfortable with the disrespect and berating and the way they were yelling at us. We asked for our money back to leave, and they gave us $20, when in reality, we spent $40 on all of our cover fees. When we asked for our money back, the one bouncer accused us of going up to the rooftop, which we NEVER did. They all clearly saw us waiting by the elevator for our friend. We stayed there the entire time waiting for our friend.

When we called him out on his inconsistency, he said, “We want them out of here.”

Overall, I would NEVER recommend this location if you want to have fun, relaxed night. They are extremely pretentious. The bouncers are very disrespectful and straight out derogatory. It made us all very...

I’ve been to Patrick’s on multiple occasions & my friends & I love it but this past weekend the staff seemed very underwhelmed & slightly unprofessional for the amount of reservations booked. After 2-3 comments to staff about being given 4 stools for a party of 20 when we were previously told arrangements could be made we were accommodated for the size of our group we had booked for in the first place. A staff member walked off on us while we were trying to give back a misplaced order she hadn’t helped us the rest of the evening after that . Multiple plates were brought to our table that we hadn’t ordered & we felt that they were taking their frustration out on us because the order system THEY have . More bar tenders & staff are needed also a more diverse staff!! Lastly we arrived at 6:59 1 person in our group was told we can stay 2 hrs another person in our group with reservations was told 3 hrs & we were all told around 10:25 the 11pm reservation was here early & we had to leave the space . Hopefully they’ll improve don’t know if I’ll be back in the evening...

Check my other reviews so I never complain about anything. This place deserves a zero star on service. Nice atmosphere and view. Drinks were good, but get there for 1/2 price happy hour. Waitress, even though we tipped, didn't deserve the money. She could've gotten a lot more but was nowhere to be found. So we ended up getting our own drinks on a place that wasn't even busy and waited over an hour for our food. When I went to ask about our food and complain to my waitress ... security later called me up from my seat to ask me what was the matter. Now, mind you, we are all over the age of 60 which there were only 7 of us and my mother 84th birthday party. So we're not loud or obnoxious. They take your credit card and charge you before even seeing the bill. I'm done with that place. Total uppity people and security were uncalled for...
