Wendy's — Restaurant in Buffalo

My husband and I received terrible customer service from the night shift employees at this location around 11:50 pm on 3/4/2019. We waited 10 mins before even placing an order. There were no customers in front of us at all. The girl working inside kept telling us to wait a minute. She finally took our order in which I asked for fresh HOT fries. She proceeds to tell me that she'll make sure they're fresh. I pull up to the window and there are 3 male employees standing around loudly laughing and talking. Can you imagine 4 employees on the clock and orders are going out late and they're serving old food? The female employee barely spoke a word the entire time we interacted and seemed like she had an attitude. When she handed me the bags I immediately go to check the fries in the bag. Not only were the fries stale and old but they were ice cold. I take the fries out the bag to let her know they were old and she just walked away from the window along with the 3 male employees who disappeared as well. They were literally acting as if I wasn't still at the drive through window. So I began honking the horn and still no one appeared. So i sat there and waited and kept honking the horn. The car that was in line behind me just pulled off because he was tired of waiting so long for his order. After yet another another 10 mins, the girl comes back opens the window and says she dropped some fresh fries for me. That let me know that she knew we were given old fries in the first place. The burgers were cold as well and looked very sloppily put together. When you are working in customer service the customers satisfaction is # 1. Give the customer what the company advertised. Great food at a good price! People aren't willing to throw away their hard earned money on old food and poor customer service. Human beings have to start taking pride in their work. the food was decent but the workers were so rude. firstly, they gave us attitude when we told them our order was wrong. secondly, they gave us the wrong order THREE times. thirdly, they were cussing at eachother behind the counter. fourthly it took 40 minutes to get us our food and the people who ordered before us had less food ordered then us and still got theirs really late, they had to be standing there for atleast 30 minutes for some chicken nuggets and burger. they couldn’t even handle ten orders at a time. the place was disgusting. the floors made my NEW fresh jordan kicks dirty. they were straight out the box and they came out the store looking like i walked through a mud puddle. the workers also spat on me and told me that i was built like the burgers they took so long to make. they told me i looked like alvin and the chipmunks and they grabbed my cheeks and squished them together untill i farted. and it left a stain on my left cheek. when i went home i had explosive diarrhea and sat on the toilet for about 3 hours my buthole felt like it had been ripped open. i had diarrhea so hard i blasted off to space and it got on all the house around me and now i have to go to court for vandalism. while i was walking outside a car ran me over and i looked in the drivers seat and it was the girl who spat on me and she. grabbed my cheeks and slapped them so hard a hand print was left on them and then she got off and started griddying and took a massive dump right in my face but it lowkey tasted good. so i asked her to do it again and she slapped me and threw me into her car. there was a sock on the tables and a kid picked it up and showed his mother and i grabbed it from him and shoved it in my mouth and it tasted better then the food they servered me but never could be better than that dump she took on...

I only go here when I'm in a pinch because I live nearby but they are just terrible. Slow service, constantly sold out of things and I have never gone through the drive-thru and received the correct order. Even if it's just a single item order...half the time they will leave ingredients off and just slap together anything and put it in a bag. I've been served cheeseburgers when I order chicken sandwich, sometimes my salads are just lettuce and chicken. There's no way to tell what kind of salad I even ordered because there is nothing else in the plastic. I have even spoken to the manager which is not typically my style but it's just crazy to me that I've never gotten the correct order here. It is totally bizarre that if they don't have what you order they will just give you something else and hope you drive away before you realize it. Last time I pointed out there was no cheese on my salad and when I told the girl she snapped, "you didn't ask for no cheese"... when I told her that cheese is listed as one of the ingredients that the salad comes with, she said "you mean crumbles?" I'm pretty sure they didn't even know cheese was what they were putting on the salads. Whoever manages this place needs to seriously get it together. If you're really craving Wendy's go to the one...
