I have eaten at this restaurant twice in the last 60 days. The first visit I went through the drive-thru. When I arrived home my order was wrong. I immediately called the manager and returned with my food and the receipt. the manager proceeded to act like I was trying to steal something from the company. My receipt and my wrong Food seemed to mean nothing. This manager even asked me and it was the general manager why I even bought food from his restaurant when I live closer to another restaurant!!! My second visit was just as bad. I stood at the counter for almost 9 minutes as the manager and his crews did in the kitchen joking and playing around cursing and acting very childish. When I finally called out could I I was given a horrible dirty look by the assistant and was treated rudely when they came to take my order. I stated I'm sorry I didn't mean to make you mad I just need to order food. She looked me right in the eye and said it's okay working here you get used to rude people!!!!! there was no one in that restaurant yet my food took another 6 minutes. My one simple request "no mayonnaise" was completely ignored although it was on the receipt. Read moreTerrible customers service. 1 day I went through the drive thru. Was left sitting at the window for 15 min after paying for my order. Not busy at all. No reason given for the wait specially for my simple order. Call in to voice my displeasure. Store mgr called back and offered me the same meal for free and that I would be on a list when ever I wanted to get it. A week later I stop in. Told the lady what I was there for and she started ringing it up at the register. I asked if she heard me correctly and she repeated the order. I repeated what I originally told her. She instantly had a disgusted tone in her voice, preceded to tell all the employees in the back and even had a questionable tone to her voice stating..." whatever, I'll give it to you anyway...". Really....come on now. I had originally wanted the order to sit and eat there. When it was finally ready she handed me the bag....no drink or anything. Read moreI recently visited this Carl’s Jr. location and was really disappointed by the poor management and lack of leadership on display. While waiting to order over 25 minutes. I witnessed what appeared to be a manager (a heavier-set woman) loudly reprimanding her team the entire time. I’m not sure if she was the official manager, but her behavior was unprofessional and disheartening.
She was yelling about food being wasted, but doing so publicly and constantly only created a tense and hostile environment. The team looked visibly overwhelmed, and honestly, I don’t blame them for any mistakes that were made. It’s hard to do your best when you’re being shouted at and not supported.
That said, the team members themselves were kind and the food was good once we got it. It’s clear they’re doing their best under pressure. Carl’s Jr., please invest in better training for your leadership. Your team deserves better, and so do...
