Dairy Queen (Treat) — Restaurant in Bullhead City

No service still after waiting over 5 min. Inside. So the drive-thru looked closed to me as it was empty, So I parked and went inside since I saw the open by the front door. This was just 2 minutes before 8pm. I know this because I was thinking they make close it 8p.m. but they close 10pm. I walked in stood behind the counter and looked at the menu and waited. And waited. And waited. I finally heard a ding and a male looking employee came from the back, walked up and went to the drive-thru window. It appeared that someone had finally gone through the drive-thru after I was already in the store and he was taking their order. A female then proceeded to come in from the back as well made some ice creams handed it to him for the drive-thru then went in the back again. Multiple drive-thrus got served and so I finally just left. I was never greeted I never got my order taken and I sure as heck didn't get any ice cream. Maybe they just do drive-thru,...

The Dairy Queen was a good experience in Bullhead City. I visited at around 2pm and went inside since I wasn't sure what to order. Apon arriving we noticed only 1 person working the entire store. Regardless of this fact they did a amazing job and the food was done very well. It can be hard working by yourself so show a little kindness and be patient and you can get some good food.

Also got a Birthday cake for my grandmother birthday and the person working was kind enough to explain what each cake was due to them not all being marked correctly. Got the chocolate Oreo cake and it was a great meal for everyone and it...

I have just come to expect to not expect much from most places here in bhc. No chicken at KFC, no hot coffee at Starbucks, no beans at taco bell and now I can add no brownies or banana for a banana split at DQ. Odd how management everywhere lacks the insight to properly supply their products. Or they just under order to save money.Not really sure. I won't be back. After they forgot my ice cream I order.
