Smart & Final Extra! — Local services in Bullhead City

Was in opening day, very busy. Picked up a few items and we were on our way. Came in the following weekend and the store was still packed with customers. We spent an hour there and spent around $200.00 What really jumped out at us was produce, it is by far the best both in BHC and Kingman. The produce is equal or greater than Sprouts in Las Vegas. The second thing that jumped out at us was the employees who were very proud of their new store and very friendly. We like S&F for the things other stores don’t stock, for example coffee/tea/ flavorings. Chi tea, pumpkin spice, and about 50 other flavors. They have a store brand called First Street, and we like the quality and flavor of everything we have purchased so far. The store is spotless and the registers are easy access . As of now we think we will do about 80% of our shopping there. Safeway has choice beef, S&F has select. Not good enough for us. Would like to see a high end first ingredient meat dog food in 50 pound bags for our 2 large dogs. First Street high quality dog snacks also. We are headed back tomorrow to pick up another cart load as well purchase more in that produce department. A+ Check their ad paper, they run foster farm whole chickens on sale at times, we load up the freezer, juiciest chicken you can buy. Oh, they have electric carts for those who need one....

SMART & FINAL is an awesome place to do your grocery shopping. Their prices are very competitive and their cuts of meat are outstanding for their price. They also have some "not your ordinary everyday" frozen entrees which I especially found very helpful, coming from the busy working mom's perspective. Their oriental cuisine selection is out of this world and it's making me hungry as I am writing this😀. And last but certainly not least, their customer care and service is some of the BEST I have had the pleasure to partake in. The store is immaculate, the layout and product placement has an easy flow AND have some of the nicest and most informed employees. If you have a question they will gladly give you the correct answer which at the end of a hard day makes life that much sweeter. *there are now class action lawsuits against smart and final for discrimination against disabled persons all over California, Nevada and Arizona. I grocery shop MAYBE once a month, usually every 2 months. When I do shop I can't wear a mask due to my PTSD, I'm a combat veteran medically retired. I was harrassed by an employee with an attitude about not wearing a mask and I stated I was disabled and continued walking towards checkout. While in the line I was told if I didn't put one on I had to leave so while in a complete anxiety attack thanks to the employee I took my baby out of our cart filled with 100s of dollars of groceries and my husband and I walked out.
