I am very disappointed about this place on how they seem to discrimination against what you look like. I went into a pizza hut in bullhead city Arizona to get a glass of water while I sit in my car to make a mobile order. I was dressed in sweats and a hooded sweater with slippers. So I go up to a lady and ask her if I can get a glass of water and a man who was next to her asked what I wanted and I just said a glass of water so I can drink I am thirsty, he seemed like he didn't want to give it to me but still did. As I reached for it he hurried and put it on the side of a pillar like thing so I wouldn't touch him was my thought. So I got to the car, made my order and waited for the time to pass so it would be ready when I go in. So I walk in the 2 doors they have there, i scan for an employee so I can asked where I should go for pick up and I see the man that gave me the water. He than shakes his head at me and I am kinda puzzed, so he shakes his head again and I was like, no I am here for a pick up and he says ok welm than what is the name( by the tone of his voice I can tell he didn't believe I had a pick up) so I tell him the first name of the pick up and than his asked me for the last name. I felt so embarrassed because he is thinking I am like a homeless person or something. So he tells me to go to the side window where he processed to ask me if I paid for it already. I said I did and even gave him the total amount of what I paid for it since I knew he didn't believe me. I left the store feeling really bad about my self and this should not happen. After he verified that id was mine, than he said, oh i was just kidding .This is a bad way to do customer service and will never set foot in that...

As a devoted pizza enthusiast, I recently had the pleasure of indulging in the Pizza Hut lunch buffet at the location on 1855 Highway 95 in Bullhead City, Arizona. Let me tell you, it was an experience that left my taste buds dancing and my heart content.
Variety Galore: The buffet spread was a carnival of flavors. From classic pepperoni to veggie-loaded slices, the pizza options were abundant. The salad bar was fresh and crisp, offering a rainbow of veggies to balance out the pizza frenzy.
Nostalgia Vibes: Sitting inside the cozy restaurant, I felt like a kid again. Remember those simpler times when we could stuff our faces with greasy pizza, pasta, and chocolate mousse for mere dollars? The Pizza Hut buffet resurrects that nostalgia. It's a warm hug from the past, wrapped in mozzarella and marinara.
All-You-Can-Eat Bliss: For a single price, I feasted like royalty. The selection was vastāmore than what you'd get with individual orders. And the best part? It's available for both lunch and dinner on weekdays. So, whether you're a pizza aficionado or just hungry, this buffet is a steal.
In Summary: Pizza Quality: Top-notch, with that signature Pizza Hut flavor. Service: Prompt and friendly. Ambiance: Cozy and perfect for a laid-back meal.
Verdict: If you're in Bullhead City, don't miss the Pizza Hut lunch buffet. It's a slice of happiness that'll leave you craving more.

This gives us time to seat and visit while usually being served our drinks... Tonight was the worse night since we have been coming now for 3+ years... Service was terrible but not the fault of staff, it was the FAULT of NOT enough staff... We didn't even get Pizza until 5:30 pm and the salad bar was empty until 5:30 pm... There was only ONE cook and ONE waitress (who busted their butts)... Why would of all nights you only have 2 staff members... And then when we went to pay the short, overweight hispanic lady(assistant manager) was rude and yelled at the waitress in front of my Mom (75 yrs young) and 10 other guest paying for their meals. When my Mom confronted her about how she was treating the waitress the assistant manager yelled at my Mom... How dare her treat a customer like that, better yet my Mom... So disgusted with this place that none of us regulars will be back... As we were in the parking lot waiting for everyone pay 4 other people not with our group walked out and a man who ordered a pizza an hour and a half prior asked where he could go to get a pizza and was directed to Domino's... There was also a gentleman with 4 children who only had drinks about 5:30pm and when we left at 6:30pm he still...
