Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Bullhead City

You have got to be kidding me this place is a joke!!! Ok first I went on line and ordered a lrg NY Style with 2 toppings $11.83. I called them up because I’ve had this happen to me before that they didn’t get it the order. So talking to the guy I asked if they could deliver because we’re 4 minutes more up the road and apparently that’s too far. I made it down to the actual store in 8 minutes. So he says yes we can deliver, I said are you sure he says yes it’s not a problem so now he has to change the sale to delivery ask for my address then he says we can’t deliver to you we don’t go that extra mile. I said I told you that so can you meet me at the gas and grub that’s what we usually have to do. So he rings me up as I’m talking to him a notice comes up on my phone $19 and some change, he said delivery fee and something else I said your kidding right, it’s just down the street I said I’ll come pick it up, he says ok let me put this in as a pick up. I was there in 8 minutes. I get there and the manager greets me at the register I tell her my name and she tells me that she had to cancel that order I said really they told me it was done because you kept me on the phone for 16 minutes. When I said I’m coming down to pick it up what did that mean. I’m guessing the kid who I was dealing with wasn’t too bright. I had to give him my card number 3 times all I heard was “wait a minute” so she’s telling me it will take about 10 minutes. I asked her about the pizza that the kid said was already done. She kept rolling her eyes and they’d be all white and freaky looking she did this to me like 3 times. I said to her so after spending 16 minutes on the phone then coming down here and you didn’t make it now I have to wait, I think this should be on you. She said no and rang me up then she turned around mumbling something and started making the pizza. I looked at her and said forget don’t bother. I walked out. I went back in and asked for her name, everyone of them refused to give me her name, a woman was waiting for her order this didn’t look good for them. I asked her if there was a manager she said she was. So very unprofessional and I’ll never go there again. My daughter is a manager for a very busy place here in BHC what a difference in style. The lady that works there she snapped at me cause somebody from the United Kingdom Ordered a Pizza with my name and used Pedro when I didn't order from this place do not order from that place go to the other Domino's In Bullhead City Not worth it the old lady that works there there was a Prank Call then I arrived there & she snapped at me and she is gonna Do a False Police Report on me when Someone in the UK Ordered something in my name aka Prank Called then that lady Snapped at me 😭 so don't order from that place Hell No Thanks a lot Lady she thought I was the one but nope It was someone from the UK 🇬🇧 ordered things in my name when I didn't order nothing So 1 Star Bad Service From the Lady Don't go to that Domino's not worth wasting your gas go to the one in Bullhead next to the Car wash the people in there are Nice and kind but the old lady that is working there at that Domino's next to Riverside No don't go there She snapped at me 😭 thanks a frickin lot I'm not visiting that place again for over a Person in the UK Prank Calling Them when I told them it wasn't me so now she is terrible don't drive there not worth risking getting snapped at.

They messed up on our order, gave pizza to wrong customer,( which i get, we understand accidents happen) it was the attitude and lack of professionalism and preceding to argue with us that we never even placed our order. Once we proved that we indeed did place our order they said it was probably just a glitch in the system and started making our pizzas.(again) So we continued to wait another 15 min or so. But once home realized our entire order was wrong. Whenever I called to have them rectify the situation they once again tried to be argumentative. Finally we got a credit towards our account, so we thought... few weeks later the "credit" was gone. At first they said that they're never was a credit that they could find in the system and then was told that it had already been used. And not by my husband nor myself, I can guarantee you. ( shift manager refused to even get on the phone) I will say though The pizza is good, when you actually receive your correct order. We would order at least once a month during our family movie Nights. But after this experience and the horrible customer service we now take our service elsewhere.
