McDonald's — Restaurant in Bullhead City

I just had a bad time here,I decided to get the app. because there prices have got so high,they gave me a free fry for the download,then I tried to by my lunch and it told me to wait for 15 minutes,it told me I could not order any more food.I thought the app was to sell food.So I am to wait in the parking lot for 15 min in my car in 110 % weather and than go back in line to buy 1 more thing,than wait again,what if you have a family of 5 you are picking up for,you just can't WOW!! I went to the manager and she said we don't handle that,so she sent me on my way without anymore food than the thank you fry,Who ever handles marketing on this app should be replaced with someone who wants to sell food,I thought that is what the app is for,So the deals you offer are a lie ,because you can only by 1 thing every 15 minutes or so..worst app ever,I am glad safeway lets me buy all the food I want with only 1 request,not go through the line 15 times for 15 things like you MC bad marketing dept And now they sent me on my App. A free cheeseburger for my birthday. When I went in and got the cheeseburger. They took 1500. Reward points from me Which really made me mad. Happy Birthday, ha ha. They charged me. That I called rewards customer service. And I. Know I chose the free cheeseburger for my birthday icon. And they told me. I made a mistake and I chose the regular cheeseburger icon. So they called me a liar. Because because I know which button I pushed. I am so disappointed with this place. I will not be coming...

Worst McD's. My 91-year-old dad will no longer eat their egg McMuffins because they're terrible. They slap sandwiches together so disorderly that it's a very messy trying to put them together. You're very fortunate if they get your order right. It's predictable but infuriating. They seriously resent giving out napkins, straws, and ketchup in the Drive-Thru after asking for them repeatedly. All of the employees at this store seem to be very rude now so it seems that something has changed in that work environment. Not a smile in sight. I'm over it. Who should anyone be eating this stuff anyway? Early this morning I stopped in to get a tea. I went inside the store and there were no other customers. I watched the manager or assistant manager with an employee behind the counter arguing over time worked and our availability and whether the employee should go home or not for at least 10 minutes while they ignored the fact that I was standing there trying to place an order. I said something very nasty and walked out. That's it. Never again. Just drive down to the next McDonald's and...

Got to menu to order a Happy Meal with a soda and a large soda for me … was not told they were out of Halloween buckets when placing my order.. however, they did tell me they were out of soda ?!?! And then I ordered a milk with the happy meal and a mocha frappe and then told they couldn’t make frappes ?!? So I ordered an iced mocha coffee. Got to window to pay and then told no Mocha but I could get a regular coffee ?!? So cancelled the coffee. I told the cashier they need to put a sign on the menu to inform ppl of all this before they pull up to order and get stuck in line. At the pickup window I was handed a happy meal in a box .. I asked about the bucket . She was rude and said “we ain’t got no buckets”. Both teenagers . I was on my way out of town and really needed the caffeine.
