Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Burbank

It was my first time coming to jersey Mike's. I really love the taste of the hot sub chicken sandwich that I got. It does have a different taste compare to subway. It would be nice if they had some natural squeezed fruit juices. I stopped drinking all the products that contain so much added sugar. If I remember correctly I did drink a lemonade here with a lot of ice and I added water on top so it would not taste so sweet. I gave it 5 starts because the sandwich was great. One thing about donating I really want to say is that I do not think it should be asked to every single person if they want to donate. A simple box with a sign of the purpose for the donation should be placed in the front cash register box. People will donate without being asked. I like giving tips to people if they accept tips. When I see a tip jar most of the time I always tip. I honestly greatly appreciate very much every single person that works in any food franchise. You are all the best. I respect you all. No marinara/tomato sauce, no meatballs, and no yellow American cheese. Need I say more? Oh how the mighty have fallen. It's delusional that a sandwich establishment doesn't have marinara/tomato sauce. The meatballs I can give a pass, but no marinara or tomato sauce, that's just crossing the line. This was the driest, and most unflavorful sandwich I ate in my life. The chicken in my sandwich tasted like the toilets in Taco Bell, after rush-hour/lunch-time. I think what stung the most was the price tag, because this "sandwich", if you can even call it a sandwich, was over 20 United States Dollars. For that kind of money I can buy 2 pizzas from Costco or 3 pizzas from Little Caesars. Shame on you Jersey Mike's for serving me that horrendous trash, do better. I wanted a small side of lettuce and raw onions with my sandwich-nothing much more than would go on the sandwich itself. I was informed that they charged for the sides. This is a new policy by the store manager as per her employee, too many people were taking advantage of getting items on the side. Okay. What would they charge? Another $.75? $1.25? A little more?

No. The Store policy for a little bit of lettuce and raw onions- $9..50 (+/-) + Tax. DON'T GO THERE! If she treats her customers this way, one can only wonder how she treats her staff.
