Modern Bite is a wonderfully unique bakery. They custom make beautifully crafted cookies for special occasions, marketing events, and holidays. I heard about them on Zazzle. I’ve ordered custom logo cookies 3x from them and their service is exceptionally good. They are very helpful and took the time to individually talk to me on the phone when I had questions. They expedited my orders so I’d get them before all of our important special events. I cannot express enough how well of a job they do to make sure you are completely satisfied with the finished product. They surprisingly & unexpectedly posted & tagged a very nice photo of the cookies they made for us on our Instagram page. They contacted me through Instagram to offer us a discounted rate on our next order. It made me feel like they took extra special care of me and my requested order.

I had ordered customized cookies for my client whose birthday was coming up, and I wanted to ensure they were delivered on time. I couldn’t find anyone online who could help—until I fortunately stumbled upon Modern Bite.

I emailed my requirements, and Kristina took my request as an utmost priority. She immediately got to work to ensure the cookies would be delivered on time. Although I hadn’t selected the gift note option on the website, when I shared the note with her over email, she kindly offered to include it for me.
