Omg! I had never tried Cuban food. After this, I will be visiting more restaurants. The pollo asado was so flavorful and soft. The rice was so delicious had a lime taste with garlic. The plantains were so delicious as well! The sandwich Cubano was delicious. So flavorful. The arroz con leche was a little drier than I’m used to but it was so delicious as well. The waitress was so wonderful. Clean restaurant and bathrooms available. This is right next to the Ramada Hotel this is why we found it. Would definitely visit again if I was to go back to Burbank.

We went in for coffee before our flight and I ended up trying the "Cuban Coffee" and it was such a delight and just what I needed ~ a must try!. We enjoyed great conversation with Oswaldo the owner as well, so personable and such a delight. Will visit again the next time we come back.

It’s a hotel lobby. The food is cafeteria grade, and the staff is what you’d expect of a little hotel cafeteria stoked to provide expensive mediocre food for $20+ Skip unless you’re staying at this hotel and desperate.

What a wonderful surprise this place was, hidden in our hotel. I'm thrilled that I got to eat there. Cuban comfort food at its best. My family agrees.

I'm familiar with Cuban food as my mother's side is from the Caribbean. I lived there and Miami for many years. My in-laws, with whom we were vacationing in SoCal, are also familiar with Cuban food as they live in Florida. So we feel confident when we share that Soto's Cuban Kitchen is authentic Cuban food at its finest. And the couple who run the place are the nicest people ever.

My MIL loved the empanadas, and my FIL proclaimed the Cubano sandwich to be the best he's ever had. Me, I fell in love with all the food but especially the flan and the Cubano coffee. I went back twice to get more flan and coffee during the week.

I'm sad that this place isn't near where I live and that we only found it on vacation. I'm envious of those of you who live nearby. I strongly recommend checking this place out. The food and service will have you...

I though Lomo Saltado was strictly Peruvian; however, Owner explained Cubans love it, they do a substitution of smoked paprika for the soy sauce & add fried plantains. It was delicious! The sauce from the beef, cumin, paprika, green & red peppers & onions merged with each other deliciously and was soaked up by rice. Do try this restaurant, they open for breakfast at 7am & dinner at 6pm, so its perfect for the kids and not too...
