This was by far the WORST experience from any kind of late night diner, that I've ever had.
I'm not even in the mood to tell the story at this point, thats how mad and disgusted I am. So ill just bullet point the things: ▪︎ old, dirty oil that left the worst taste in your mouth, burning it out with hotter than hot chocolate, didn't work.. had the boneless wings, which were replaced by regular chicken strips, only to realize too late what the problem with the first round of chicken really was ▪︎ moldy English muffin ▪︎asked for extra veggies on a skillet, was given AND CHARGED FOR, a random side of soggy veggies and some weird cold sauce I had no idea what it went to. (By the way, none of the "side of veggies" were any of the ones that come on the actual skillet.. they were weird squashes etc) ▪︎everything ordered was burnt and I mean BURNT!! Like a ginger on a hot summer day.. except for the club sandwich, surprisingly. Not that is made up for the fact that the turkey and ham on the sandwich were visibly rotten and had that nice yellow tinge around the edge of the sliced meats.. 🤢🤮 ▪︎had to wait for an hour to pay the bill.. was given a bill for over $60... WHAT?!?! UM YEAH NO... I asked to have the inedible, half order (not ordered like that) of chicken removed, and the weird sauce and veggies that nobody ordered, and just had our server walk away and start taking the order of people who had walked in for take out.. WHAT!?!? After waiting a bit, I went up and asked what I was waiting for, or if there was a manager I needed to speak with in order to have the couple of things fixed on the bill. She then went and talked to the "cook" (don't feel comfortable using that term, but whatever) and came back and continued taking the to-go orders.. again I say, WHAT?!?!?! It's 245 in the morning now, I've got a small child with me that I'd like to get home to bed (she was hungry after I picked her up) Ummm.... WHATS GOING ON?!? DO YOU WANT MY MONEY OR.... so I'm asked "you pay now?" Omfg 🤦🏼♀️ "yup.. same thing I've been trying to do" and then told my total, which hasn't changed from the original issue.. what in the serious heck... AGAIN, I state my issue, she disappears and returns with no acknowledgment, finally I'm mad, she says "no its good. You no pay" I tried insisting I just needed the one thing removed, and I'd like to pay my bill...
Finally, I just had to walk out the door. I'm not spending any more time or energy on this nonsense.. I tried to pay you, you didn't want to take my money.. cool, BYE!!!
HORRIBLE experience and now I'm sick to my stomach and am gonna go throw up. Heed my warning, or don't at your own...
Read moreI went to Denny’s recently and honestly, I had such a great experience. From the moment I walked in, everything felt warm and welcoming. The place was super clean, bright, and cozy. Even the little garden area outside looked really nice and well kept, which gave the restaurant a friendly, homey touch before even going inside.
The staff was amazing! Everyone I met was kind, cheerful, and really seemed to enjoy their jobs. The hostess greeted me with a big smile, and my server was super attentive the whole time — always checking to make sure I had everything I needed. My coffee cup was never empty, and even though the place got a bit busy, they still made sure everyone was taken care of. That kind of service makes a huge difference.
Now about the food — it was so good. I ordered the Build Your Own Grand Slam, and everything came out hot, fresh, and cooked perfectly. The pancakes were soft and fluffy, the bacon was crispy, and the eggs were exactly how I asked for them. You can really taste that classic Denny’s flavor that’s comforting and consistent no matter when you go. I also treated myself to a milkshake, and wow — it was thick, creamy, and full of flavor. Definitely one of the best milkshakes I’ve had in a while.
One thing I really appreciate about Denny’s is the overall atmosphere. It’s one of those places where you can just relax, enjoy your meal, and not feel rushed. Whether you come in for breakfast, lunch, or a late-night snack, it always feels like a comfortable spot to hang out with friends or family.
Overall, I absolutely loved my visit. The combination of delicious food, friendly staff, and a clean, inviting environment made it a great experience from start to finish. You can tell the team here really cares about their customers and takes pride in what they do. I’ll definitely be coming back soon — and I highly recommend this Denny’s to anyone looking for good food and...
Read moreMy friend and I came in late night. There were only 4 tables so it wasn't busy. Our waitress was new and so we were trying to be patient with her. She was Columbian and didn't speak any english but luckily we speak spanish. I think she was very confused or didn't understand the menu because we pointed to to what we want to order on the menu as we told her and she got our entire order wrong. We waited at least an hour. I tried ordering this like sparkling strawberry drink twice and she said okay but never brought it out. We had to flag her down. Not once in the hour we were waiting did anyone ask to top off our drinks or give an eta or apologize for the wait. 2 Waitresses not doing much and only one poor cook back there doing everything. We felt really bad for the cook so that's the reason we were trying to show some grace and wait it out. Once she brought out the order and everything was wrong we decided to just go ahead and leave since we didn't want to wait another hour for it to be fixed. I ordered a breakfast sandwich with hashbrowns and she brought out 2 plain pancakes?? My friend ordered a sandwich and she gave him an omlette. This wasn't even a busy night. Maybe they were short staff but my god no effort whatsoever. All of the other tables were visibly upset and as we were leaving they said did you think the service was absolute crap too? And another table was upset they weren't checked on and didn't even have utensils. Again, there was only like 4 tables and 2 waitresses. The service was so bad at one point my friend and I started laughing because it was so ridiculous. Anyways yeah. Maybe its better in the daytime?? Then again..we usually only come to Dennys when its the...
