In a time when dining out is becoming increasingly expensive, even our go-to brunch spots have raised their prices, making it challenging to find affordable options. That’s how I discovered Little Pat’s Place. It’s a cash-only establishment, likely to keep prices down by avoiding card fees. When I visited in August 2024, the lack of signage made it a bit difficult to find, but once inside, I found a cozy, if somewhat dated, atmosphere. Most of the time, just two servers usually work, though they bring in an extra hand when it gets busy. Despite the old-school decor, the food is well-prepared. The French fries were a standout—crispy and perfectly seasoned, some of the best I’ve had in a while. I also tried a homemade soup, which was a bit on the salty side but still satisfying. While the area is full of charming brunch spots, the affordable prices and friendly service make Little Pat’s Place a local favorite. For me, this spot is more than just a brunch restaurant—it brings back memories of similar places I visited in the Midwest during the ’90s. The crowd here skews older, adding to the laid-back vibe, and I hope this multi-generational gem continues to thrive for years to come. More Information: - Service: Friendly and attentive - Parking: Plenty of free parking available - Food: Delicious with well-portioned servings - Price: Great value for what you get - Restroom: Available

First, up front, this is a cash only establishment. Unlike you, I found this out at the end of my meal and had to go pay an ATM fee at the Arco mini mart to satisfy my bill. I looked later and notice was posted only at a cash register, which I never had occasion to look at or visit. Caveat emptor. If the food were worth raving about, one might put this off as a quirk of an otherwise must visit establishment. However, the food is not great. They offered Swiss cheese for my omelet, and you can see the processed single that is melted on top. The hash browns appear to be from a bag, as are the jam, the toast, and the "House Blend" black tea. My son enjoyed his burger and the fry I tried was good, but probably not enough to save the experience. Sadly, I have probably dropped my last dollar bill on their table.

I went to have breakfast, the prices are good, the food is average, however the service leaves a lot to be desired, an elderly lady attends you, writes down what she wants, she doesn't take the order well, it takes a long time to bring what you ask her, the food as I mentioned before, is average, eggs, hot cakes and bacon, the homemade strawberry jam is very tasty, but they don't always have it or they don't always want to bring it.

The 4 stars are not because of a luxury experience, but the 4 stars are because you get much more than the price you pay at this small, family owed restaurant that is nothing like expensive, hipster Seattle places. We have gone to Little Pat's three times. Each time the staff is super friendly. The food has come out at the right time and has been great each time. The hash browns are made just the way we like them and have tasted the same each time. The eggs are never too runny. The food is not that greasy either. The last time we went, we took a group of 6 people, 1 person showed up late, and the staff didn't even blink; accommodations were made for all of us and the group loved the food and especially the price. You cannot beat what you get for the price. We are about to go again this morning, and we look forward to continue going in the future. I highly recommend Little Pat's if you are looking for good, down to earth cooking with...

Staff was very friendly but table was dirty had to ask to get it wiped down, then I ordered orange juice & the cup had lipstick lip prints still on it cup was also sticky I brought it to their attention & they kindly brought me new 1 cup still looked suspect but wasn't sure if it was from the plastic cups being dated or what, then when I got my food I asked for strawberries on my French toast there were none I informed a worker that was at register she fixed the problem right away & was very courteous about it & gave a lot of strawberries & whipped cream. I don't think I'll be going back I've been goin there for years this was the 1st time I been there in about 10yrs the food was great & staff very polite & kind though but can't help but think about if things are sanitary or not just don't (& didn't) feel comfortable eating with that thought running...
