This is a fabulous spot. Sandwiches are creative and different.

Let's get into the order. We got a bad lieutenant sandwich and a hame'r of the gods. For sides, we got the chipotle mac salad and the jalapeño poppers.

First off, value is phenomenal. These are high quality sandwiches that come with a side and still cost less than a footlong at a sub chain.

Next, the staff was amazing and friendly. Helped us out when we said it was our first time and even made us a sandwich that was on the website but not on the menu on the wall. And they actually bring it out to you when you dine in. That's rare these days.

Flavors - Bad Lieutenant was everything! All the flavors.... the sweet and spicy and saucy and yes! This is an incredible sandwich. The chipotle Mac salad was killer as well. Garnished with a generous amount of fresh cilantro, so be aware if that isn't your thing. The hame'r of the gods was a good quality sandwich as well. It was stack with meat and very filling. The mustard on it was HEAVY on the horseradish. If you like it, you'll love it. If it's not your thing, stay away. First bite and my nose hairs were on end. The jalapeño poppers are obviously not an in house made item, so I would get another side the next time.

We had Now Make Me A Sandwich cater a retirement luncheon for our office with approximately 60 attendees. Pedro was very responsive with our communication, worked with me to build a menu that had lots of great options for folks, even those with dietary restrictions. Of course when planning events there are usually last minute changes and their ability to be flexible was much appreciated! They arrived on time, prepared and service was fast, no waiting in long lines for food. I walked around the event getting feedback from everyone in attendance and had all positive comments about the food and service. The food was soooooo good! If you are looking for a professional, reliable food truck with amazing food at a reasonable price for your next event, look no further! This was for the food truck. Hopefully I just caught a bad night (possibly understaffed?) was out of vegetarian item I wanted. We ended up with asada bowl -which did not include the fries as listed, and Mac sides. Pasta was ok. Good sauce and flavor for the bowl, but the meat was dry to me, and I bit into something very hard. The to go packaging was a bit odd- with the bowl with a fork sticking out making it not too spill proof- not hard to remedy but odd. When I asked how long it would be, it sounded like he said 5-6 minutes - although I could see a number of orders ahead of mine- so possibly he was saying that- communication was a bit difficult it seemed (I know it can be loud in those trucks). It was more like 30- which didn't seem crazy for a moving Saturday night- but wasn't communicated. Overall might try another time earlier to get something fried before I rule...
