The man I usually see working at this place is so kind! He goes the extra mile to ensure your pretzels are fresh. I ordered the regular cinnamon sugar pretzel, but he didn’t think the one they had left was fresh enough, so he offered me the cinnamon sugar pretzel bite cup. He gave me the cup for the same price as the regular pretzel, which is about $1 cheaper.I appreciate people like him quietly working hard and doing a great job at what that do! I came to use a free pretzel coupon and was told first that I could only use it online. However, I had already redeemed it for in store and you couldn't re-redeem it. It didn't say anywhere that I couldn't use the coupon in-store. Then the lady wouldn't even help me. She walked to the back of the store and just said I'd need to wait 10 minutes for her to help me with it and make my order. I shop at this Walmart at least 3 or 4 times a week and every time I walk in I look over at auntie Anne’s pretzels and it’s always the same 2 people working, a woman and a man that’s the manager. They are never wearing masks or gloves even when preparing someone’s food. I have filed complaints before on this store And nothing ever happens. I still go in there all the time and see them never wearing a mask or they have it pulled down below their chin and gloves are nonexistent.
