Well, you gotta love Brahms. Because number one is full of ice cream exclamation point and their food is delicious. They make fresh hamburgers. Chili onion rings, French fries. Lots of other stuff, but the best part about Brahms inside the store. If you go one way you go into the restaurant area. If you go the other way you go into their little grocery market. And in my opinion, they have the best milk of anyone. And I believe a lot of people think the same thing as well. She'll always see someone in line getting Bring a gallon of milk. So the freshness is wonderful. I've had one time when my hamburger bun was not as fresh as I like it. But that's only happened once. So I won't dog them about it because we've eaten there. A number of times and the food is really good. Their chicken strip dinners are fantastic in my opinion. We can get one of the big ones and share it, or you can get smaller ones with smaller portions. Their gravy is good. You can use that with your chicken strips or Or they have some dipping sauces that you can ask for Their ice cream has a wide variety to choose from. They make banana splits, they make sundaes, and they make their version of the mix in. They also have hand packed quartz. And I don't know if they do gallons or whatever pints. And who doesn't like to take some birthday cake Ice cream home.! I recommend this place to my family and friends for a nice quick bite to eat as takeout or if you go inside, it's got fast ordering.And you go and pick up your tray when they call your number or they give you a number or something like that.And they have all the condiments that you could want for your burgers or whatever you order.So check out brahms in your local hometown and try the fancy sunday with birthday cake.Ice cream it's delicious! I will never go to this location again and from reading the reviews I can see that customer service and efficient service is an issue for this location. Completely unsatisfied with my experience this evening, the young lady who took my order was unpleasant and rushed me to complete my order before allowing me to finish. Once I finally finished ordering she got it incorrect after I corrected her twice. Once I got to the window to express my concern they acted as if I was the issue. Customer service is the most important aspect in any business especially fast food. There was one employee on her phone. They all got in a group I guess to discuss my complaint instead of properly coming to the window to address it. Then asked me to move up for a kids meal chicken strip dinner and a chicken salad that should have been ready for the time that I spent in the drive thru. Finally the manager comes and ask “What’s going on?” Instead of introducing herself as a manager and providing her name or asking my name she was more focused on getting me out the way for an order that was paid for and already ring up incorrectly before I corrected them. After explains this issue of her employee having unpleasant tone during my order she made excuse for her saying maybe she had a bad day and that they are busy and overwhelmed! There is absolutely no excuse in the world on why you would be unprofessional and rude to a paying customer who has nothing to do with your personal issues. As a manager I could see where the lack of empathy and professionalism comes from because all she did was make excuses and had to be told she should first greet herself and greet anybody who comes to the drive thru! This can go on and on and I am going to escalate this matter to a GENERAL MANAGER OR CORPORATE LOCATION BECAUSE the experience was that...

I don't think we'll be visiting this location again in the future. We decided to go grab a couple of ice creams on a Saturday evening as a treat for surviving the last week of school. Usually, the line at drive thru is pretty long, so we decided to just go in and take our time.

That was a BIG mistake. The line for ice cream was to the entrance. ok, no worries, but by the time we got to the ice cream counter, I was so grossed out. I should have turned around and walked out, but the kids really wanted their ice cream.

Their station and counters were absolutely covered in food, filth, trash, and melting cartons of ice cream. Several of the spots in the freezer were empty, so they were dipping the ice cream from cartons left out on the counters instead of putting them in the freezers. Their approns, hands, and forearms were also covered in syrup and stuck on nuts, etc. I don't think I saw one grown adult running the show either.

We asked for 3 yogurt twists and the girl said their machine was down, so we started with the kids scoops of ice cream. Then we saw several ordered of froyo going to the drive thru, so clearly she was mistaken. When we asked again, she got an attitude and said it was broken, so we just told her we saw it just now working. She got really annoyed and walked over to push the handle to show us it was broken, but it was fine. Then she wouldn't speak to us after that, just shoved the cones into our hands.

We've been going here for years and have never had an experience this bad before. But it was worth mentioning and showing everyone the pictures. They clearly need some direction and organization for when it's busy bc someone is going to get sick from...
