Horrible customer service! I ordered $50+ dollars of pizza and drinks for them for an event for my work. Specified I must have receipt when delivered. They did change the order from pickup to delivery for me, which was nice. However, when the food and drinks were delivered - no receipt. Asked at time of delivery he said oh sorry it’s not attached. Called that night after event, requested receipt yeah yeah we will email to you. Nothing the next morning in email. Called multiple times that day over a 15 hour period trying to obtain receipt for reimbursement. Gave them a few hours between calls just because I understand it is busy time of year. Last time I called was told by Aubrey the manager that they couldn’t give me receipt because they had already closed out yesterdays business. I said I needed a hand written receipt or training receipt, and why have I been told all day it will be emailed, no answer, just put on 20 minute hold for the general manager who never answered. I do multiple work events and try to support our local businesses but this one will NEVER get my business again! Read moreI am a weekly customer at this PH. I called in my order for delivery, gave the team member my Bank Card info..was on hold a few minutes longer than I should have been. Team member comes back on and tells me that credit card machine is not working correctly, and although it gave her "APPROVED" MESSAGE, she tells me it didn't go thru. She asked for my card number again. I was worried about doing that and shared my concern with her. She assured me that it hadn't gone through. I reluctantly gave her my card number all over again. I had given the driver a $10 tip both times. When I got off the phone with her, I called my bank which told me two identical transactions were waiting for payment. Called back and asked for Mgr. Mgr said his hands were tied, and that I would have to write a review for his Boss can see it and get in touch with me. So here I am! The girl asked what we wanted, turned in the order and disappeared. I had to go up to the front for a refill, which I didnt mind honestly because it's no big deal except that the manager? yelled at the girl to come take care of me and then told me "you could have just asked her and she could've come to your table" I mean I would have if I could've found her. Finished out food and had to wait around again for a to go box until my company went up to the counter again. The girl was again, no where to be found. He asked for the to go box and ordered cinnastix and had to wait another almost ten minutes for anyone to hand him a box.
