My son loves the beef burritos here and I went to pickup an order from inside at 9:08pm. I ordered 3 burritos, 1 order of 3 tacos and 4 churros….nothing else and no extras. The owner said they closed at 9:40 and no problem to make my order. Got home around 10pm and no churros in the bag and I double checked the price, for it seemed it was overcharged. Went back next day to get the churros, and the same two owners were there, telling me they gave me my 4 churros. He wanted to argue with me after I paid $47 for an incomplete order. He didn’t provide a receipt last night, and I told him to look at the cameras from last night. He made 4 churros and then wanted to argue on how much I paid, which was two 20s, one 5 and two 1s. I told him to look at the cameras from last night. He said he didn’t overcharge me, so I asked him to ring up the order again. Sure enough, he had overcharged me, even after charging me triple on the tiny tacos. He kept arguing saying I got extra items, and I again said to look at the video from last night, or to bring up my order that is still in his computer system. He refused
I will not go back for any business owner who chooses to argue when I caught him after he proved up he overcharged me, which basically is stealing from me. Doesn’t matter what the food taste like, I will never go back. I even pulled $5k from my pocket and told him to look at his cameras. He started mouthing off, cementing my decision they do not deserve my twice a week business ever again
Do what you want, but know he got caught lying and basically stealing by overcharging. Good riddance to a convenient location with...
Read moreI'm only going to comment about my order. All their food may not be as bad as what I ordered!! I dined in and ordered the #1 for $8.95 it came with an enchilada I asked for beef and it came with a beef taco rice and beans and ordered a medium drink bill was over $11.00. Problem #1 Both the taco and the enchilada was made from shredded beef and it chewed like beef jerky. Problem #2 the price of their meals was that of an expensive restaurant and the food is being served from a take out style establishment. And what was worse about the situation is the food is being served on a styrofoam plate and having to eat it with a plastic fork. Have you ever tried to cut shredded beef with a plastic fork?? And worse trying to cut beef jerky shredded beef with a plastic fork. Beans and rice was OK. I thought it was a mistake to stop and eat there but I thought what the heck I'll give them a try. I will not be back I left my meal on the counter after only taking one bite of the enchilada and 1 bite of the taco and the flavor was bland as with most products made with shredded beef, and one bite of the rice and beans. I feel I did not get my money's worth of food even if it had tasted good it was still...
Read moreMy family and I were so excited to try this restaurant! After seeing how highly rated this restaurant was, our mouths were watering at the prospect of some delicious, authentic breakfast tacos.
I’m really not sure what happened since the other reviewers tried this restaurant. Perhaps the normal cook didn’t show up for their shift. Either way, the tacos were an unrecognizable, inedible mess.
I’m actually not sure how it is possible to mess up a taco this badly. The chef somehow transcended the laws of physics, managing to produce potatoes that were simultaneously burnt, soggy, and undercooked. We ordered pot/egg/chs and bacon/egg/chs but got pot/ham/egg/chs on all of them. Along with some unidentifiable crumbly bits that we would have needed to send to a lab for identification.
Despite the numerous ingredients, all we could taste was what we believe to have been the remnants of a dirty grill. Honestly, I think I’d rather lick a grill than have another of these.
I’m sure that all 700+ reviews can’t be wrong, but beware when you roll the dice at this...
