When I first came to the drive thru speaker, I was told we'll be with you in a minute. I then, after 3 plus mins, heard someone say Do you want to order or what? I said yes I do..but first can you tell me what the sauce is on the waffle fries? The reply was We don’t have any. I asked about the Banana French Toast sticks reply was we don't have any, oh wait she said she found some do you want them? I replied Yes, the order of 3 with a small Mint Oreo Iced coffee. Reply was is that a combo? I replied yes, sure. Was given the total . Drove to the window, the lady told me the total again handed her a $10 got change she handed me the mint oreo iced coffee with no whip topping or oreo, I said there's supposed to be topping with oreos she took it back yelled to someone saying she says there's suppose to be whip topping on this they apparently said yes and apparently told her oreo she put both on top and handed it to me. Then handed me my bag and closed the window and took another order. As I was driving I realized she didn't give me the chocolate dip for the sticks. I went back to the drive thru and let her know, she said pull forward, she poured the chocolate for the ice coffees in a small container came to the window handed it to me and shut the window again. I am a GM for a local Food Establishment, I could tell she was stressed and being the only one working the drive thru didn't help with her demeanor. I also feel the GM failed this employee by not giving her enough, if any, training. I would never want any of my employees to ever feel or be in this situation. It was bad enough that one of the main items posted was not available, but then the crew doesn't have the training or the customer service to provide for even mediocre service, it makes the customer's visit even worse. I believe if I feel like Jack in the Box, I will take an extra 15 mins going south to the Alvarado store or Just head the opposite direction from this store going east to the local Burger King. In all my years as a GM, RGM and Store Manager, I would never want any of my customers to have a visit to my store, like I just did tonight at this one. This wasn't the 1st time, 2nd or 5th, that Ive visited this store, but it will be the last time. This isn't the 1st time, and or 5th time, that certain items were not available. This was not the 1st time, and or the 5th time, the customer service was less than a level 2. This is the last time I will be spending any of my time, and money at this store. Someone needs to look into this store, the proper training and customer 1st needs to be adjusted. You're Branch Standards need to be implemented.

Read moreI'm sitting in line right now. My windows down and I'm waiting for my order. The beautiful and sunny is out the window and they must know the lady at the register because they are having one heck of a conversation. Although the lady just got her food she feels that she must still sit here and finish our conversation. I gave her my order and I am actually feeling bad almost here that I disturb her and bother her and made her go to work. The entire time I'm giving her my order all she can say is I can't hear you I can't understand you I'm sorry can you repeat that. Amazingly enough I pull up to pay after her nice long conversation with her BFF which I'm sorry you had to end on my behalf, and she has not one but BOTH ears with ear buds in her ears. I chose to come and eat there. I usually get at least decent service. But tonight I get terrible service. I chose to eat there. You chose to get a job there. So I would like a little bit of courteousness. Then the food on top of that wasn't even done right. This wad a terrible experience. I've been there so many many many times. This visit was so crapy that I took time out of sitting in line then getting my food checking my food then parking so I could finish this comment. It wouldn't even matter if I walked up to the drive thru lady with purple hair and a face piercing and told her she is so ruse and ruined my experience. She would not care and would just listen to her music. And no I am not pointing out the purple hair and facial piercings to try and degrade or look. I face a lip ring and I know I'm not a crapy person. Her attitude shows she is rude. I just mentioned what her looks were in hopes that someone would let her know you can hear better workout ear buds in your ear and you shouldn't finish friend conversations while people are waiting. Just saying. I'm sure this will go no where just like the money I spent was wasted. Now I have to go to Whataburger in hopes they have something close to what I wanted from here. Good night. Read moreStay away from this place. Severely understaffed, unresponsive, and untrained. I placed a mobile order here last Sunday. Order was estimated to be ready in 10 minutes. I arrived 10 minutes later and sat in the drive thru for 50 minutes. When I finally got to the window I found one associate working, and that my order was not ready. They were still waiting on part of my order. With 2 upset kids in the car I asked to be refunded for the item not ready and just get the rest of my food so I could leave. I was told the associate didn’t know how to do that and would have to get someone from the back to help her. I told her not to worry about it. She then went back to running the counter. She was handling money and food back and forth with no gloves and no hand washing. She was also chewing gum and I saw her gleek twice. At that point I decided to cut my losses and just get a refund as I was grossed out. I couldn’t get her attention to ask for a refund as she was running around everywhere else. I finally gave up and left with nothing but over an hour of wasted time and 3 hangry people. I tried all week to contact the store via phone and a survey asking to be contacted to get a refund. After a dozen failed attempts I finally just disputed the charge on my card. I will never go back to...
