Hey this is the review I couldn't put on the survey cause of too many characters.
we pulled up to drive thru the young black lady who was asking for our order was a bit monotoned, but I understood they would have just come off a rush she would have been tired, but when we were still trying to figure out our order drinks and such, she started coming off rude, I tell her the rest off my order and im waiting for her to read my order back to me, she doesnt, she asks if I wanted anything else I told her no and mummbles out a total and I move forward I had told her 8 pc OG chkn 4 biscuits 2 med drinks When I got to the window she held her hand for my card I asked her to read back what I ordered she told me everything but the biscuits I told her that I had ordered biscuits she gives the "no you didnt look" but she gets me the biscuits I hadnt paid yet but I expected to rang up for them, she didnt, rang me up for the chicken and handed me one drink I looked at the receipt it only had one drink I asked her about other drink she had said I only ordered one I told no had ordered a Dr.pepper and a pepsi she gave me a small glare but made the drink I tried to hand my card back to her to pay for it but she wouldn't take it I got four free biscuits and a free Pepsi I've worked in fast food and I would have got in trouble for handing out free food, more so since the customer was offering to pay for the forgotten items. Read moreShouldn’t even give one star!!! We are visiting my mom for the weekend and were excited when we saw a KFC, we don’t have one in our town. I downloaded and placed an order through the app so we could pick it up on our way home from swimming. First it said our order would be ready at 6:44, then it changed to 7. We got there at 7 to pick up our food and I have never been more frustrated and disgusted by a restaurant. Customers that had arrived to pick up before us were waiting on their food still, there was food on the counter that the workers couldn’t even figure out who it belonged to, workers were picking up food bare handed, no hair nets in the back, dirty restaurant. We waited for 20 minutes after arriving before giving up, since the people that arrived before us were clearly not getting their food either. This restaurant gives KFC a bad name because after I googled it to find the number to call, I realized all the horrible reviews. Also, I should note that I called corporate, all my info was taken and I was being connected to the refund department…waited on hold 20 minutes before it rang and kept asking me for my mailbox password…? I called back and again was being transferred to the refund department, waited on hold for 15 minutes before it rang and asked me if I knew the extension of who I wanted to speak with. Read moreI come to this KFC very often seeing as it’s the only one in the area when we are doing favor runners for customers. This KFC has always done us wrong. Today I had asked for no ice on my customer’s drinks, I have probably said that about 10 times. Had some girl come up and ask me what the drinks were about 4 different times, where I repeated them and specified no ice. She comes out, gives us the drinks with ice in them. I have my boyfriend come in and get the drinks remade. Then we sit in the parking lot for an hour literally while we watch other people get their orders and they clear the entire parking lot and get everyone’s orders and not ours. Usually I don’t mind when it comes to our own food(they knew it was a favor order), but this is seriously messing with our money, time, and gas. We survive off tips from favor and we get the most during dinner rush but how are we supposed to make money when we are held up for no reason. This place seems to be severely understaffed during dinner rushes. Don’t waste your time here. I don’t really blame the staff in its entirely because they are understaffed, but the management needs to schedule better.
