Tail gate.. chicken and fries.. Chicken batter had no flavor or smell other than old greese..the chicken stripes were not even full strips in length or width , they were not the average 3 to 5 inches in length like every other chicken strip in america.. They were 1.5 to 2 inches in length and less that one inch in width.. Nothing but a bunch of unwanted peices that were probably set aside clearly not wanting to be disguarded . I do understand the concept of not waiting food for sure , as I have worked in the food industry 20 years , but to pay close to 100.00 dollars for tenders , fries and sauce 6 hours b4 canes closing time and get that many so called tenders that were 90% batter and old greese And flavorless batter and 10% actual chicken. The ton of fries included in the tailgate were so cold and stale... It was extremely disappointing to my guests, myself and my bank account..

I will say that the employees that interact with public ( drive thru, and front counter are extremely sweet ,kind and actually care and are probably extremely underpaid and unappreciated) I recommend staying in the box combo ,and single meal areas in the...

I go to this canes all the time. It's the only one in burleson and me, my girlfriend and our daughter love going here. But today, I go through the drive thru to pick up dinner on the way home and after I ordered, my girlfriend texted me saying to bring an extra sauce so I asked for one unfortunately after I paid and it's already awkward enough to do that but I even tried handing the employee money and she said don't worry about it. After she gave it to me, she closed the window and very loudly said " why do they always wait until after they pay to ask for extra". I wouldn't mind so bad if I was trying to not pay but I was all Willing to pay.
