I went through the drive thru with 2 other people and we all ordered drinks and food. Me and my mother both ordered soy because we are allergic to whole milk. We had a mocha frap and a caramel macchiato, we got our drinks to only realize there was about of inch of curdled soy milk at the bottom of my drink and curdled soy milk blended all in the frappe. We pulled back around and I went inside to have them remake it. From the start the manger with red hair was cold and rude but said she would remake the drinks with a attitude. She then told the other girls that had drinks piling up to remake the drinks. I said bye thank for for remaking the drinks and the girl behind the counter just went "mm" so i leave. They remade the drinks but I see they used THE SAME MILK FROM THE SAME BOTTLE! Curdled once again but I didnt realize til I got back in the car. My mother then went in and didnt ask for a refund but for them to follow quality standards. The manger then proceed to try and tell her soy milk is NATURALLY CURDLED???? I have never ordered starbucks soy milk and it be curdled and ive been going for years soy milk IS NOT NATURALLY CURDLED!! The main reason people order a alternative milk is so we dont get sick and obviously they do not care about health codes because they're selling spoiled milk for $8 a cup. I do not need any sorry or refund other than y'all to follow health standards correctly before y'all hurt someone or worse send them to the hospital. Also wash your blenders before you make drinks with alternative milk....
Read moreI should have known it would be a bad experience when I didn't recieve a hi or any form of acknowledgement. I ordered online and waited by the pick up station for my order. I did not see my order nor did the girl working 2 feet away from me say anything. We sat and waited near the pick up station, never hearing my order's name called. Eventually I went in line to ask the status of my order, which she then got from a counter out of sight, not clearly visible to a customer.
My frap was melted. I asked the girl working near the pick up station if she could remake it, she took it, placed it on the counter, then did nothing. She did make an order and talk to her coworker's order. It was not until the cashier I initially talked to came over and asked if I needed something. I asked her if she could remake it and she gave me attitude saying I took to long to pick it up.
As stated before, I think I made it very clear I was there to pick something up and there was plenty of opportunities to be seen and engaged with. At the Starbucks on Everman I walk in and pick up my order from the station, no problems, and I am address in some manner by the workers. I have never recieved such poor services. I am glad there are other Starbucks near by so I do not have to return to...
Read moreOrdered two drinks: a venti hot americano with 3 pumps of mocha and half and half. I asked the gal to remake this for me because it wasnât even lukewarm. Americano are meant to be HOT HOT. I watch her make it the 2nd time. She pumped the mocha into cup and put the cream on top of that. She pulled the shots into the bar shot glass. While the shots were pulling, she pulled âhotâ water from the spigot at the bar into a milk steaming pitcher. She poured the shots into the cup then poured the water on top. Every time hot liquid is poured into another container it gets colder. This second drink was a little warmer than the first (because the spigot got purged by the first lukewarm drink). Had she put the mocha in the cup, poured the shots into the drink cup, poured the hot water into the drink cup and TOPPED the drink was half and half, it wouldâve been hot. My husband wanted me to go back and have her make it a third time but I wasnât going to do that to her. And it wouldâve been the same temp anyway because of her technique.
My other drink was grande caramel ribbon crunch frappacino. It didnât even get blended, see picture. The blenders are preprogrammed based on the drink youâre blending. Either they need a new blender, or the person making the drink turned...
