Subway — Restaurant in Burleson

This specific Subway is quite special. Everything was made perfectly, and the staff was very prompt and professional while offering specials that would have expanded my meal at a very special price. The employee Tulip was especially great! Fun personality, great business acumen, and just an overall delight. I wish more fast food places employed staff like her. Hopefully she is getting paid right, or another place might just snatch her up!

My kid and I were greeted promptly and invitingly at the door. My kid does like to lollygag a lot, but Tulip was patient with my slow child. The food was much better than the usual that you get from other Subways too. It seemed that I was actually “Eating Fresh” at this location. Also, I usually hate being upsold, but this time Tulip made it make sense somehow. The math she presented almost felt like I was losing money if I didn’t get the extras being offered! I look back at other trips to other restaurants, and I almost feel short handed with having to do the cost comparisons myself. As someone who is budget conscious, the advice was very welcomed. Lastly, I don’t think that I have been to a cleaner Subway. It was even at a slightly busy time. It wasn’t peak time, but it was still not empty by no means. Adding to, even with it being semi-busy, my poor, slow child did not be made to feel like they were “holding the line up.” The kindness to my sweet kiddo was very welcomed.

I will not be going to any other Subways...

OMG I am past mad. Me and my 8 year old granddaughter go for dinner. I looked up and see a large sign of a tuna sandwich meal deal for $6.99 I ask the girl oh y'all have a complete TUNA meal for $6.99 she said yes we do so I got the tuna and my granddaughter gets a 6 inch pepperoni I go to pay the girl ask a girl that was sitting at booth eating how to do the $6.99 combo meal she said whatever she said but then says spicy pepperoni the girl said no it's tuna she said well tuna is tomorrow not today spicy pep is today I said well she said tuna so can I get it for $6.99 since it's already made and she said it was 6.99 she says u can get it if u pay the full price I said well I will just take my granddaughter sandwich and nothing else so she comes over to the counter and takes my sandwich out and I kinda laughed and said u would rather throw it in the trash then sell it she said yep and tossed it I got my granddaughter sandwich went to table to double check it was her sandwich it was I was upset at that girl and thought I handed it to my granddaughter we get home and no sandwich no where my granddaughter starts crying I call back and I ask the same girl if her sandwich was left on the table she said no I know it was she is lying so tomorrow I will call corporate I am so upset right now how that little girl...

We moved from the midwest to Texas. Back home we had a really nice clean, fresh Subway that we went to often. We came here and some were not very good. As in, I never wanted to go back. I was getting frustrated and thought they must all have cleanliness issues, not only the restaurant but many of the staff. The one in walmart, they should have to shower before work because it's bad. We found this subway (South Towne Crossing) and it is like a hidden gem. The food is fresh, the place is kept clean and the staff are very friendly. Sarah goes above and beyond with her friendliness and upbeat attitude. She was even telling people as they left, "thanks for coming, have a great day." You can also tell she wants to make sure your sandwich is perfect for you. Hopefully there are not two Sarah's because I'm not sure of her last name.
