I always see a line here so I was hoping that it was good but I don't think that I will be coming back.You customize your drink here.

Choose your tea base Milk or no milk. Comes with a creamer or for .50 cent more you can get whole milk, soy milk, or almond milk. You can add up to 3 flavors. Choose a topping.

Ordered a Mango milk tea with black tea and whole milk with boba and a matcha milk tea with green tea and boba.

Mango milk tea- pretty much all milk tea shops use artificial mango flavoring. Some I like, some not so much. The mango flavoring here is disgusting artificial. I took one sip and didn't want it anymore. Gave it to my husband and he only drank about 1/3 of the cup, and he usually likes anything that is sweet. There also wasn't any tea flavor. Pretty much just a sugary drink.

Matcha milk tea- I ordered half sweet. I also felt that it did not have enough tea flavor nor did it have enough matcha flavor. It wasn't too bad but did taste watered down overall. The boba was also very sweet, tasted sweeter...

Tpumps is a great place to get boba at a decent price. Not too long ago, they raised their prices by 50 cents, which is disappointing but understandable. My go-to at Tpumps is the blackberry peach black tea with boba, and it always hits the spot. The pearl-tea ratio isn't the best, but the drink is still very worth it. I can appreciate the amount of customization this boba place offers, from the long list of flavors, to the many topping choices, to the amounts of sweetness and ice you can request, to the option to add milk. That's what makes it different from the rest. The staff at Burlingame are particularly excellent. After so much hype on San Mateo’s B Street along with the long lines of people just dying to get their boba tea fix, the creators/owners decided to bring it to Burlingame Avenue. T-Pumps opened up late November with a huge turnout, as expected. The lines at this location don't rival the San Mateo’s location. An advantage to this location is that its space is sleeker and much larger. I like the idea of being able to customize your boba drink. Be cautious on how your order your level of sweetness, though.
