I had a really negative experience with my recent purchase experience. The cashier was really cold and rude. I purchased a birthday gift for my friend’s daughter and kindly asked her to gift wrap it and remove the price tag. She did wrap it but didn’t remove the price tag. I just feel she’s really unhappy to do it. Put it on the desk without saying anything and turned around. I need to ask other people around for pen to write the gift card. I also had membership with it but don’t know if there’s any points program with the purchase, I asked but got no answer. It’s a really weird experience and don’t feel they care about the customer...

Wonderful little lot store in downtown Burlingame. We took my nieces to come here and pick out a toy and we ended up staying a while. It’s not a huge store but they have a really great selection of stuffed animals, board games, figurines. And other little toys for kids both young and older.

The prices can be a little high but you’re shopping in Burlingame. Parking can be difficult sometimes but you’ll be able to find a spot within a block or two. It’s right next to the train station too! There are lots of little shops to visit afterwards as well! People are are very friendly.

This toy store looks way smaller from the outside than it really is. They have so many awesome toys! Just a huge variety of things to get your little tykes’ imaginations roaring. There’s a focus on quality and curation here that you definitely won’t find at Target. The employees are very kind, helpful, and amazing at gift wrapping which the offer to do for free.
