As of the time of writing this review, 01/31/22 at 7:48 AM - this was, hands down, the worst experience I’ve ever had at this location.
I’ve been coming to this location for over 4 years; and from what looks like a possible change in management, but a definite change in staff, these new kids need to get their work together.
We, my girlfriend and I (we carpool to work together), ordered a drink each; and then I got a muffin. Small decaf hazelnut iced coffee (cream/sugar, standard), medium iced caramel latte (standard again), and a corn muffin. When we got to the window, I was asked what we had ordered, and the young man was clueless about it - very blatant indication, later, it wasn’t actually taken down at the speaker com. I was under the impression he needed a quick recall on the order, thinking it was just a matter of grab and go in that order; but the quick recall given was taken literally.
Headed to work, we didn’t have time to cause a fuss, so we left with the wrong orders. She ended up with a small decaf hazelnut iced coffee with no cream or sugar, I ended with an iced latte with nothing but coffee and cream, and they got the muffin right at least.
They have some work to do here before they get anywhere as good as they were throughout the years. Used to be the fastest, most accurate, I had ever been to. As of now, they’re nothing like they were. Sad to say, proceed...
Read moreAfter placing my order I wasn’t given a price but told to “drive up” and with 4 SUVs in the line and the fact that you can’t block the stop sign intersecting the drive thru line, I had to wait where you give the order, after 2 minutes the lady asks can I take your order to which I said I’m still here I’m not able to move up, to which 5 times she told me I had to move when I legitimately wasn’t able to go forward because of the car in front of me, after I get all the way to the window she says how much my coffee costs without a hello or a smile or anything else I give her my card she barely acknowledges a customer is in front of her. She then practically throws my order at me with my card and doesn’t say even as much of have a nice day. As a business manager if my staff did that id immediately be talking to them about proper communication skills with people choosing to spend money at our establishment. I kindly asked if I can exchange it and have another one made, the lady looked at me and said “what” in disgust. I repeated myself and she said come I. And slammed the window on me. Once inside I told the cashier what happened and asked a a manager. The manager then came and I told her what happened. She waved her hand at me as if to brush me off and said ok ok you’re going to have to wait. The manager was very rude so at that point I just asked for my money back. She asked if I had a receipt..which of course I did. I handed her my receipt. Once she gave me my money back she told me not to come back. I honestly don’t know what was happening here.
