Horrible! Ordered a regular 8 piece online for pickup at curbside tonight, the young lady that brought out my food was very nice. Got home, opened my box to 4 burned biscuits and chicken that looked like it had been sitting. To make matters worse, I was given 2 breasts and the rest were thighs. Went back to the restaurant and the manager that responded through the drive thru was very rude. I told her what the issue was and her response was rude. Told me at the time of my order that’s what they had; and since I was there at the time I could get the wings and legs that were ready. I got to the window and she had a terrible attitude, handed me the chicken and didn’t apologize or give a greeting.
I proceeded to ask her could I have the biscuits replaced because they were burnt, she repeated what I said and laughed. Walked off and got the box of biscuits and acted as if it was a problem. I asked what was her name and she said “ J”. I’m sure that’s not her name, but she had horrible customer service and if it’s a problem correcting an issue for customers that you serve, find another job. This location and the new location on the corner of Church St. and St. Mark’s Church Road, need to reevaluate and re-hire people who actually want to work and have manners. Management included.
I’d like to add that I had a better experience with food and service two weeks ago earlier in the day on Huffman Mill. The food was fresh and we had no problems with customer service. I’d say if you decide to eat here, go between the hours of 12-3 pm on Sunday’s

We ordered cinnamon biscuits, which it seems they never have any ready anymore and they said it would take 5 min. We were already expecting that, so we happily said we would wait. They then said that they could only make 4, not six that we ordered and asked if they could sub in 2 BoBerry biscuits... I asked again to clarify whether we could just wait and allow them to make 6 instead of 4 and they said that they could not make 6, only 4. So we agreed to wait for those 4 and take the substitution. After pulling forward to the door, we waited 15 minutes before we walked back to the drice through window and asked how much longer and they said they were having difficulties and they hoped it would only be another 5 minutes. At 26 minutes after we "pulled forward", they brought out our food. They had charged us for the 4 cinnamon biscuits and 2 Boberries in pairs so we paid the inflated price for agreeing to take a substitution. My sausage biscuit was burned and dry and their only sacing grace was one of the sweet young girls that brought the food out and was apologetic and took the time to explain why my 5 minute wait ended up being 25 min and overcharged, sub-par food. The Manager (Young dark haired female) ended up locking the doors before 2pm because they couldn't keep up with inside orders while other customers were in the drive thru line. Average wait time inside and out was more than 15 mins. They lost alot of customers due to them being super slow.
I ordered inside before the Manager locked the door. Waiting 15 mins or more and my order was still wrong! Employees walking around, playing with each other instead of doing their job.
Business did not have fries and a red headed worker kept throwing her hair near the food and drinks. Her hair even went inside the cup and immediately was called out about it from a customer waiting in line.
A male worker making a sandwich laid the bread on top of a styrofoam box and later proceeded to make the sandwich which is disgusting! Worker with no gloves touching each other and never washing their hands afterwards!
Corporate needs to have a policy in place for long haired individuals. I don't want hair in my food!!! This place is going down hill and it used to be great. I preferred that location over several in the area, but not anymore!!! DO BETTER BOJANGLES OR...
