I gave 2 stars out of 5 because my orders aren't always correct. Sometimes, they forget things I've paid for. That said, they have improved dramatically. The drivers are terrific! The food is tasty. They have a better selection of salads: YES! SALADS! It's dependable and they're open when other places are not. Delivery charge is pretty expensive, but $5.99 for a variety of entrees is pretty reasonable; so, it's a trade-off.
The last 2 days, this is OVER THE WEEKEND!!!!, the app/online ordering piece did NOT WORK! What's up with that? It's now later afternoon on Sunday and it is up and running again. Think about the business they lost due to this issue. They lost mine last night and nearly again today. Due to this problem, I dropped them to 3 stars from 4.
Ok Domino's, we have a problem. NONE OF MY CREDIT CARDS WORK ON YOUR SITE!!! What gives??? My credit cards are fine, so your system doesn't work. Fix it!
Also, I feel cheated. The stuffed cheesy bread comes with a choice of 3 dipping sauces. It states clearly it COMES WITH 1. However, after unchecking the marinara one, either of the other 2 adds 59 cents to the order. What??? Why??? The manager just shrugs because, I guess that passes for a proper response. Customers chimed in with "that's just the way it is". NO! THAT'S NOT TRUE! If it were, the website would state the bread only comes with marinara, anything else costs extra. How easy is that? Domino's cheats me, if I bother to order that menu item. I don't bother.
Why are the wings still on the $5.99 menu when they are now $6.99? Kind of dumb. Just move them off the list.
I have now downgraded Domino's to 2 stars. Sheesh! This is a large corporation. It really doesn't have to cheat to make money. I'm very disappointed...

I placed an order online for a large cheese pizza with various toppings along with two classic garden salads and two ranch dressings with two extra ranch dressings. When the delivery came and we got it upstairs to the apartment it was just a large cheese pizza no toppings on it. I called them back and they said that the order that came through only showed a cheese pizza. OK my bad but I swear to God I added the other toppings to the order. After we realized OK we have to eat that cheese pizza, I went in the kitchen and tore the cellophane off one of the salads and low and behold it was a chicken Caesar salad when we ordered two classic salads. So we called them back and the person on the other end of the phone was so rude! The guy wanted us to give back the two chicken Caesar salads and one of them had already been open and it was a cellophane top so how could you close it up and give it back not only that with Covid who would want it back. Anyway we’re sitting here waiting for our two classic salads to come and we only have one chicken Caesar to give them because we can’t give them back the one that has the cellophane torn off it. My beef with them is they always say on the commercials that they’ll make the order right and we got a lot of hassle about making the order right so I guess I won’t be ordering from Domino’s again. Ordered delivery, just got Alfredo pasta and some cinnamon twists, tipped 25%. I open my pasta box and it's just some dried up penne with RANCH DRESSING thrown on top of it, not even stirred. When I reported an issue on their website it gave me the option of either a 20% coupon or a free pizza with my next purchase. It then had some random number call my phone to which I call back and describe the issue. It's my driver on the phone and he angrily asks me why I'm calling him about this, muttering about how "incompetent people are these days". He calls me back and tells me the store already shut off their ovens so they couldn't do anything. Like im sorry I hate being that person to call and complain, and I get it that the night hours probably suck, I've worked food service myself, but just like what are you expecting when you put RANCH in my pasta instead of ALFREDO SAUCE??
