I live in Woburn & I always go to this dunkins for how attentive the employees are but also how they care for the clients walking through those doors. I will say Julia or Julie... ? She has always been the one to help take my orders and makes my coffee perfect - her customer service is impeccable and it doesn't go unnoticed. The only thing I really can say is that Kate was another barista that helped me out this morning in particular, and she kind of threw me off. I had an issue with the app doing a mobile order and I left Dunkins the other day without a piece of my order, so i called the customer service line for Dunkins and they said that the next day after if I go into the same dunkins they would be fine to just replace what was missed from the day prior. Walked in this morning and waited in line to explain what had happened. As I finished explaining... Kate; word for word said.... "So what do you want?" I knew Julia had heard that and was just as surprised as me.... I mean they happily replaced the order but there is definitely a different way to respond. I didn't let what Kate say take over my entire impression though of this particular dunkins anyhow & Julie ended up preparing the order and I left her some gratuity for being kind enough to help me. Other than that I've never had an issue with this Dunkins... I've probably come to this dunkins 365 times at this point for this to take over my entire impression of the dunks & I will definitely still be coming over for my coffee no...

We are at the Dunkin on Wall Street, Burlington. Owned by the same Management Company. We were told some of the employees from our location would be here. We didn’t recognize anyone, but no problem with that. We ordered what we always order. We asked for the wraps to be well done. The employee at the register said she couldn’t do anything about it and that we had to talk to the employee cooking. We waited our turn, a very lengthy wait, then asked the employee to cook our wraps well done. He removed them from the oven and we asked for them to be well done again, so cooked more. He looked at us and said they are well done. We then asked for them to be cooked more well done, so please just put them back in the oven, and he stared at us and threw them out. Read moreI went to this particular Dunkin Donuts. I was watching the dude make everyone’s coffee & he was mixing the ice coffees with a spoon & sticking it back in a cup with water. When he handed me my coffee I asked him if he could remake it & not use the spoon because of their pistachio almond fudge flavored coffee. I am highly allergic to pistachios will literally go into anaphylactic shock & die. He told me no & said nobody ordered the pistachio flavored coffee today. Have you been taking people’s drink orders since 6 am? Doubt it. He said that I will be “fine” to drink it. Now I’m stuck with a $3 drink that I refuse to to even take a sip out of & will sit in my car until I get home tonight to throw it away.
