Bought a sofa 6+ weeks back. Came yesterday damaged. All afternoon I tried to talk to someone at the store and kept hearing the manager is not here. This morning got a phone call from delivery Manager and offered that they can deliver the sofa and it will be “dirty and damaged” for sometime at my home but they can fix it sometime when they get the fabric!! Asked when I can get a “not damaged nor dirty” sofa did not generate any response. Tried to call the Burlington store and after a lot of cajoling and coaxing they gave me the name of the Manager who was on leave yesterday and today. The sofa can be returned for full refund but so far I have no one willing to credit my account.
Glad it is not a custom sofa, and I should be able to get a refund. However did not expect to waste so much time and not getting a single useful response. The lady who called me from the warehouse was unwilling to offer any alternative. The Burlington store provided zero help so far.

We have been looking for swivel gliders for our living room for years, and after having tried all the options at every furniture store under the sun, we finally came across the Mod Motion Glider, which is super comfy and totally stylish. It looks a little like a more updated take on a wingback chair. And we were so pleasantly surprised by all the fabric choices available. So many color choices and patterns unlike the array of basic solid choices you see at most other furniture stores. We went with a sort of funky print that seemed a little whimsical to us and totally suits our taste. We also got some coordinating throw pillows for our couch and the living room looks so good again! Our design consultant Rita was super helpful. Very flexible and easy to work with. She is so knowledgeable about interior design and gave us great advice. Since my family was moving into a new home we decided to buy mostly all new furniture but also wanted to keep some of our vintage Ethan Allen pieces. Kayla Rushing, our design consultant, was extremely helpful in picking materials for us to recover our Ethan Allen chairs from our dining set breathing new life into them. We wanted so very much to keep this set although we purchased it in the mid 80’s but again Ethan Allen furniture is timeless. Kayla was always was prompt in getting back to us when we had questions and kept us up to date as to the progress of our work. We also purchased a new bed which Kayla helped us choose a wood color that coordinated with an older Ethan Allen bedroom set which has worked out marvelously....
