Where do I start! I have the privilege of working with the assistant manager Johanne for all three of my visits recently! I first went to Jaredâs because I wanted my engagement and wedding ring soldered. Mind you, my rings did not come from Jaredâs so I was assuming no one was going to care too much, but boy was I wrong! JOHANNE came right over and expressed her excitement and trying to go over what was best for my rings! (My rings are very difficult) and originally she did not want to promise if they could even be soldered, even so, she was thoughtful, caring, and took time with me to go over everything! I was so shocked because I just assumed no one would really care! I feel so bad for the her and the store because they are very understaffed, of course, thatâs not their fault! and I saw them working very kindly with others, while still trying to move the line along! It must be so hard, trying to make connections with customers to make them feel secure and confident to buy a ring, but also trying to acknowledge other people in the line and keep the line moving⊠I did not feel rushed at all, and felt extremely taken care of! I came back the following week to see if the professionals could solder my ring, and Johanne was there again! There was a long line, but as soon as it was my turn, she brought my ring over to the specialist and came back with exciting news, saying that they could solder my ring and she was so excited for me! I thanked her and she told me the ring would be ready within a week, Little did I know it only took two days!! I came back to pick up my ring, and she was there again! She remembered me right away, and when it was my turn, got my ring for me! Again, she seemed very excited for me and told me my ring came out beautiful! I now Iâll get free cleanings!!! even though my rings are not from Jared! I will definitely be coming back to this location! Everyone was so sweet and helpful and took me in even though my rings were not purchased there. maybe for my five year anniversary I can get spoiled and get a ring, but Iâll come directly here! Johanne was efficient, kind, and on top of everything! She made my experience the best one Iâve had at a jewelry store! I am delighted to go back and make a future purchases!! I asked her where I could write a review because I was just so happy! On top of it, the price was extremely in my comfort zone, which was originally why I did not go to the previous jeweler because it was way over my price range. I am delighted and a happy customer! I will be coming back!...

I've visited a few jewelry stores, including Jared in other locations. But this is absolutely the worst experience I've ever had. It's been two days but I'm still in shock of how rude they are and decided to come here to leave a review and save yall time.
My gf and I visited another Jared store two weeks ago and we liked a few bands. To be honest, we had a great experience at that Jared store. Wanting to check these bands one more time, I called this store to make sure that the two bands we liked the most are available. After getting a positive confirmation, I made an appointment.
Walking into the store, the lights were all off. They told me that they turned off lights to 'keep the temperature down'. Well, we live in 2021 and I happen to know something called AC that does the same thing (so kinda sketchy but it's Jared so I'm okay with it. However, it will be the worst environment you want for jewelry shopping because you can't see anything).
Then the lady who informed me on the phone that the two bands were NO LONGER available are here in the store. She recommended a few 'similar' bands in her opinion. But I don't really like these. After knowing that I won't make any purchase that day, her attitude turned 180 degree. She made me felt I don't belong to this place. She won't answer my basic questions such as what the price is if I want change the band from 14k to 18k.
The whole time she's yelling at me, "we can't do this we can't do that", which is directly contradicted to what I was told at the another Jared store and literally every jewelry store.
If you want a happy jewelry shopping experience, please avoid this place.
Oh btw, when I called for appointment, she randomly asked if my gf is Asian. I'm like, why do you care? Should've known something is up...
   Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would. As a long standing Jared customer itâs sad to see how this company has withered. The appearance of the store is just as unimpressive as its employees. I was in to have my wedding band serviced and noticed not only how short staffed the store was but how rude their employees were. The unfortunate soul who âhelpedâ me was an older ethnic man who remained seated on his iPad with his cellphone propped up on it watching videos. When I asked him for help he proceeded to tell one of his colleagues that âthere is a guest who needs helpâ instead of assisting me himself. The lovely lady who helped me explained she doesnât work there full time but was willing to go the extra mile to get my questions answered. She asked her male colleague for help and he decided to make up answers instead of double checking. As a long standing Jared customer I know what my protection plan covers and this ethnic man didnât know the basics of his responsibilities. It seems to me the company has allowed itself to be more focused on hiring incompetence than people with genuine knowledge and customer service skills.
Iâm sad to say the entire appearance of the store was just as disappointing. For a company whose claim to fame is being âNorth Americas largest Jewelerâ youâd think they would at least clean the mold covered awnings. Nothing about this brand screams luxury anymore. Not the pathetic selection of cheaply imported junk that is guaranteed to break, nor the employees suggestion of âwe can order it online for you as long as you pay in full in advance for something youâve never seenâ if I wanted to do that I wouldnât have come to the store in the first place.
