Edit: The general manager contacted me the next day and seems genuinely apologetic and will look into the issue. Very professional and I'm pretty sure I have already seen her multiple times on my visits to this location so its good to know she is very hands-on at this location (she wasn't there the day of the incident). So minus this last visit 5/5 stars. I usually go once a week (Friday Afternoon) and have always found the workers to be quite quick and friendly. Today however, (Feb 1st 2021 around 4PM) whoever works during this time are just the worst. First, 2 lanes open, 1 car in one so I pulled into the other (both lanes were marked open), was asked if I could wait, said sure and then waited a minute. Told then that this lane isn't working and to pull out and get in the other one. Insert awkward trying to back out of curved drive-thru without hitting anything. Tried to give my order but every time I said a portion (for ex: I want a #1) I was immediately cut in for further details even though I was about to say that anyway (ex: I want a number 1 no cheese) and I am not a slow talker and I got cut off EVERY time. Fine, whatever, rude cashier. Finally got to the window and the lady there just stood there for about another 30 seconds before closing the window and walking off. Another girl eventually came asked what my order even was and if I had paid already? I had to retell her my order for some reason even though no one was even behind me in line so there should be no confusion and me being honest said I had not paid yet. After confirming she left and then a man came and said something about not being able to accept this card and tried to give me someone else's credit card? I hadn't even been asked to pay yet and I had to explain to him its not mine. More waiting, ANOTHER person came to the window (I think I got 4 different people coming to talk to me during all this) and asked for card for payment, rushed off and did that (at least that part was quick). And finally I got food. After getting home found that no receipt was in the bag (I use the app but due to this disaster time forgot to show it even though I already had it loaded on my phone) so I can't even upload for points. Finally in the hopes of getting SOMETHING I tried to call the restaurant with the number provided to at least get my points I get with buying their food only for it to just keep ringing and no one to answer. Long story short: These people are terrible (except the woman who took my card, don't know who you were but at least you were friendly and worked quick). Read moreFirst time here and boy, oh, boy it did not disappoint at all! Traveling through the state and we decided to stop in for a quick lunch. I’ve never heard of this chain before but so glad I gave it a chance!
Firstly, location was clean and constantly saw employees cleaning. This is such a biggie for me! Bathrooms were clean and you can just tell they are being maintained. As a frequent traveler - I appreciate this so much!!
Next, friendliness was off the charts! Love seeing friendly people with smiles on their faces - that’s a sign to me of a great management staff!
Finally, food! I tried the new jalapeño single burger and it was yummy! I know it’s a personal choice, but I love smaller/thinner burgers. The meat was cooked medium well and had great flavor. Buns were soft. The fries - OH MY! Shoestring fries are my JAM and it’s so hard to find places that still sell them (or I’m not looking in the right place!) but they were perfectly crispy and salted to perfection.
I was hoping to try the sweet tea but the unsweetened knob was on the sweet tea canister and the knob on the unsweetened tea was bent all the way down (maybe out of tea?) idk. Either way, wasn’t a big deal for me, I moved right along and grabbed me a Rootbeer and it didn’t phase me at all.
The only thing that makes me sad is that I’ve never had custard and was too full to try any. Maybe next time!

Read moreThey have a double drive thru but consistently have one of them shut down/ blocked. I arrived at 6pm on a Sunday. The place was busy inside and the one drive thru had a very long line. I waited 15 minutes to even get to the speaker. Just before I arrived at the speaker a young male employee popped his head out of the back door. Apparently surveyed the numerous cars in drive thru. Then he went inside momentarily. Came back wuth a sheet of typing paper and stuck it on the drive thru menu board. At this time a girl came on speaker to take my order. I had partially placed the order when she excused herself, then came back and said some gibberish about not taking my order. I told her that the male employee who'd been outside, had said we would have our order taken. Long story short the female manager ( ?)came out back door behind my car but in front of at least 4 other cars with the young male employee. When I asked what was going on , he claimed the register had malfunctioned. He and the female employee were not helpful at getting the traffic jam cleared from the drive thru. She then began telling cars behind us to back up because they're closing the drive thru. She asked me to back up which I could not safely do, which resulted in my family sitting in Freddy's drive thru for 30 minutes, with NO Food! 😐 And the employees were rude and loud- mouthed.
