Hardee's — Restaurant in Burlington

My wife and I stopped here for lunch this past Saturday, and received the WORST SERVICE EVER.

First off, we spent over 9mins in the drive through lane, waiting for a Frisco Burger, 1/3lb Burger, Fries, and a Drink - not a big order in any way.

Once our order was given to us, we checked it, and found that the 1/3lb Burger was missing from the order. When we brought to the cashier's attention, we were met with bewilderment by the cashier. After several minutes of waiting, she finally brings back a bag with a burger in it and silently and coldly hands it off to me. Instantly I knew by the way she handed the bag off to me that something was wrong and had my wife check what was in the bag.

And I was right - Wrong burger!

So when we brought it to the cashier's attention again, we were met with an attitude of "why don't you just take this and go"...but, she did take it back, and we waited some more...

After another several minutes of waiting, another cashier brings me a new bag with a burger in it and shoves it towards me, and in as rudely a fashion as she could muster said "have a nice day" and walked away in a huff - like me wanting the burger I ordered was a big inconvenience for them.

We of course checked this bag to make sure it was ok, and while we were checking the bag (which this time did have the correct burger) she comes back to the window and in an even worse attitude than before asks me "what's the problem now"...

We replied that we were glad to have gotten the order correct from them finally, and that we could do without the attitude - she quickly and forcefully closed the drive-thru window on us, turned and walked away - we in turn took our order home - and enjoyed it as best we could.

These two cashiers should not be working in fast food, or need some serious attitude readjustments for dealing with customers.

I am still blown away that with Hardee's premium prices, and premium products, that the service was rude and...

I just left the drive thru about 20 minutes ago its 7 am on july 3rd. I ordered 2 monster buiscuit combos. To start off, the lady that took my card told me shes the only cook in there but there was about 2 other people in there that couldve been handling the transaction as she was doing the cooking. It was almost as if she was doing too much at once. To start off i didnt even get a reciept. Both of the buiscuits didnt have no eggs in it and its suppose to come with eggs. I had a little piece of hair on my hashbrow and i was like its okay because stuff happens. But than i seen another one on my biscuit. I waited so long after paying for my order just to recieve food thats not right and with hair in it. I usually go to the hardees on maple but this one on alamance was closer to where i had to be at today and its just...

Went through the drive-thru, placed an order for a frisco breakfast meal. Unfortunately I didn't check my order. Drove 16 minutes home, sat down to eat, opened my bag to find a sausage biscuit. Not even close to what I ordered. Called the store and was told to come back and get the right order. I drove 16 minutes back, got my order, no sorry, no money back or anything for the inconvenience. Got home and ate what was the worst sandwich I've ever eaten. Obviously microwaved, the bread had the texture of rubber. one thin little strip of ham. Egg slopped on half of the sandwich. Barely any cheese. Just awful. This is the first time I've eaten at Hardees in 7 years. Will never eat at another one again. Thanks for reminding me why I stopped going 7 years ago. Bad food, Bad...
