Harrison's — Restaurant in Burlington

First time visiting. Heard great things about Harrison's. But was not told about the poor customer service. Food was great. Walked in went to the register per the sign for takeout. Waited ten minutes before seeing a cashier. When the gentleman came to the register, I politely informed him that this was my first time here and would like to place a order. His first words were yo whatchu want. I said I heard that the roast beef was good. He says well it's obvious this is your first time cause we ain't had that for over a year. To go order took 40 minutes, only got 1 of the 2 items we ordered. A sub, onion rings and a tenderloin plate. When we got out to the car only the sub was in the bag along with the order of onion rings. Went back in, got the plate after another 5 minutes. Got home and opened my steak combo sub only to find chicken in it. Called to complain, manager offered a gift card, was told it would be waiting on their board.
