Milkshake Lovers — Restaurant in Burlington

My experience here was awful! 5 girls working the little food court space and I stood there for 3 minutes and none acknowledged me; 3 were chatting and gossiping while two others sat apart from this group. Very disappointed in this and not good customer service at all. None instructed me to even show me where to order. Me and my daughter figured it out after we saw a gentleman go up to the order screen and do so from there. There was also the option of speaking to one to order but she didn't even made the effort to smile or say "Hi welcome to Milkshake Lovers, how can I help you today?" Is this how Millennials are for the future? The cleaning ladies at the food court were mich friendlier then all of them combined! The shakes were good, but if nonthing is done about how they treat people or teach them customer service skills, this place will...

I went to this place with my 2 toddlers (under 3). My boys wanted a strawberry banana milk shake, and I was told by the young man at the cash register, that the small size is not available for this flavor, so I ordered a medium and asked 2 be split in 2 cups. He politely said that it wouldn’t be a problem. While I was waiting for my beverage to be made, 3 girls started to give this cashier a hard time due to him accommodating my request. They were speaking in Portuguese, which I happen to be fluent in, of how it’s not their problem and how they were annoyed by having to split the drinks in 2 cups saying things like “ next time just give her the extra cup, and ask her to do it herself”. I felt very uncomfortable standing there while they were talking about me. Very sad that they were teaching that young...

It's nothing new, I wouldn't go out of my way to go here again, you simply get what you paid for, in this case it's a small milkshake for a big price.

If price and size is not your concern then the taste Is there, they have a extensive menu of milkshakes, icecream cones, etc.
