This is the worse place I have ever ate. I ordered six trays, four of them was wrong. I waited in the restaurant for 45 MINUTES for them to correct my order. With trust, I did not check after I was told that my order was corrected. I preceded to go to my car with my carry out order, to be chased down by a staff member telling me that I once again had the wrong order that they gave me someone else’s order. I then go back to the restaurant to pick up what I was told to be the correct order, again. I get home to be surprised that it was not the right food again. I called stating my frustration after waiting an 1 and 45 minutes for the correct food, to not have it. Once it was “corrected ” three times. I asked for a full refunded (78 dollars) to apologize for my inconvenience and the lack of professionalism of the staff. The Chef stated that I was wrong, that he corrected my order, and that I will not be refunded because he knows “for a fact my food is correct”. I told him it was not correct and that I waited, was chased, and remained patient just to find out that it was not the right food. He told me he would not correct my order, refund my order, and that unless I brought back all 6 trays that he was unwilling to address my concerns and his wrong doing. He was unwilling to give me a partial refund, correct the mistakes (the 4 trays out of 6). He argued with me, called me wrong, and even persistent to raise his voice with me. I will never be dining her again and I hope that no one else will either. This place, and the staff lack professionalism, kindness, understanding, and good business mechanisms. As a business manager myself, our priority should always be our guest and for him it was money and pride. Enjoy your dinners elsewhere ladies, because trust me, this man and the others there will not respect you and more likely call you “wrong and rude” for their inability and unwillingness to fix their mistakes. Read moreWorst Japanese food and terrible service. First, I had to call twice; I was put on hold immediately both times. I phoned from inside my work, and my GPS stated a 6-minute drive. I was on hold the entire time, and I walked in still on hold. The girl at the counter gave me a lot of excuses which were all very unprofessional. The place had 2 customers in it - that's it! After waiting 25-minutes for our food, it was of poor quality, if was small amounts, and it was not what we ordered. The Hibachi steak and shrimp wasn't Hibachi at all, just grilled. The Hibachi steak was little tid bits as if you were feeding a child bites or even your pet, and it was cooked medium-well instead of medium-rare. The rice was just steamed rice, no egg, nothing. The vegetables were only onions, and the salad was so chintzy it was pathetic. The Hibachi chicken also ordered was not hibachi, and they were miserly with the chicken. Read moreUpdate as of July 20, 2024. Unfortunately, I have to edit my previous review. I am doing this in hopes the owner sees this and takes action. We visited last week for lunch and it was AWFULLY hot inside the restaurant. Our poor waitress was dying from working in the heat. Her shirt was visibly wet from sweat. We were also sweating just while sitting at lunch. While eating lunch, we overheard multiple guests mention the high temperature as well. Unfortunately, I don’t expect to be back until this gets fixed. Sadly, I was told be another table that this issue occurs every year and only gets attention once enough guests reach out.. I hate to hear this, but really hoping the issue gets corrected so we can come back! I’ll be happy to change my review back once this gets fixed.
