Love the store so much, great local business, great people who own it, you should buy from them!
But I needed somewhere to express to the business my one gripe. Your website is unusable, especially on mobile.
First off, why can I not just look at all magic the gathering decks and boosters? Why do I have to select a specific series? That should be a filter I can turn on after I navigate to the magic page. Why is that a prerequisite? That's insane.
Also why in God's green earth would I be searching for board and card games by company? Who does that? Go look at other sites for ideas on how to organize that, they can help.
Anyways I put 3 stars because I love this store, it's just that the site is so overwhelming that I got so frustrated I dropped my phone.
All I wanted to do was peruse the magic the gathering pre-made decks because I don't know much about magic the gathering and wanted to play it...
Read moreMy favorite place to spend time at! I've been going to this shop for 12 years and have loved every minute of it. This shop offers MTG Commander tournaments every friday night at 7pm (both casual and competitive!) They offer D&D and Warhammer 40k. This is a great place to make friends while also testing your competitiveness. As long as you come with an open mind and a desire to have fun you will definitely enjoy your time here! I couldn't reccomend this place enough! The owner, Denise, is one of the nicest people you will ever meet, she looks out for her customers and has a very tight knit community. She has a solid stock of MTG singles to purchase along with sealed product for MTG, Pokemon, etc. This shop is also within walking distance of a good Italian restuarant and a pizza Buffet (CiCi's pizza) so you don't need to worry if you get hungry! The community is quite welcoming, just...
Read moreGreat selection, good location, and the crowd us usually very friendly. The one qualm I have is that the male manager/owner has always been extremely unfriendly in my experience. My first time participating in FNM was here and this man treated me as if I were a huge inconvenience. He audibly groaned when I didn't have a pen to write my name on the signup sheet, he further groaned and said "I guess" in the most exasperated manner possible when I asked if I could pay him (in cash) for FNM. I mean come on, I'm literally trying to give this guy money. The lady who also runs the store is VERY friendly though, I think she's great.
At this point, I only go to this store if it's super convenient. And even then, I ponder driving to the...
