My daughter visited this attraction multiple times with her daycare. She is actually the one providing the information for this review.

She said that the laser tag was fun, but the arcade games were broken. She managed to win a MP3 player from one of the games, but we never got it to work. Unfortunately, she wasted her money trying to win something she can’t use.

She said that the vending machines were out of service. This may be fixed at this point. She actually visited a few months ago. She was upset after thinking about her experience and having to dispose of the MP3 player.

She wanted me to do the review and give 1.5 stars. I’m going to do 3 stars because she is a child and she did have fun doing the laser tag. That is the whole point of the facility. I also read where the owner responded saying that they do not own the arcade. I can’t take stars away for that.

She also said that the mask rule was not enforced and that the staff did not have on mask. I understand not wanting to turn away clients. I don’t understand not enforcing your staff to wear mask. There may be a valid reason so I will not speculate. Also, the mask mandate was not in effect during her visit.

Overall, she was disappointed with her experience. She said the woman working there was rude to her and told her she shouldn’t have used the arcade game when she requested a refund. This is the reason for my review. I don’t like that she was treated poorly by the staff. If the games do not work, please put a sign on there. This was her 4th or 5th visit. I really loved this place for my kid and his friends. It’s affordable and I feel as though it is a friendly place. Unfortunately, they aren’t willing to enforce the mask rule and last visit there when I asked why, I got the response “I’m following the guidelines and it is bad business to force people to wear them.” He finally asked the adults to put them on and I’m sure he said someone complained instead of doing his job to ensure the safety of all his customers. The people got around it by walking around with a cup of water in their hand or grabbing something to eat.

I understand people don’t like wearing masks and it can affect your business but it’s also bad business to infect your customers because you don’t want to enforce the rule that is mandated in addition to the sign on your front door.

If 5 year olds can wear them for months in school for 8 hour days, you can certainly ask people to do that for 1-2 hours in your establishment. You also have a perfectly nice sidewalk with coverage that they can go outside. Don’t make your customers out to be the bad guys either and make it seem as though we are the nuisance when you were the one not following a NC mandate for indoors. Masks should be worn by employees AND customers. You didn’t feel bad about me or my kids health and safety, I don’t feel bad about the 1 star.

The very people not wearing masks are the SAME people that impacted your business for a year because they continued to walk around and spread the infection. A little food...

Excellent!!! We got there first thing on a Saturday morning. Well, a half hr after it opened. The owner was super friendly upon seeing us walk in. As soon as you enter, you see a good amount of arcades. Not a ton, but a great selection with what is there, and all but like three of them were out of order. We played plenty with the games. They range from .50 (most of them) to $2.00...air hockey. Then, there's a photo booth for $3, but I don't count that one as a game hah. They have laser maze, which is really cool, and, obviously, laser tag. For the tag, it's dark-of course-with loud music. We have three kids, five and under. After introducing them to the idea of laser tag, and then letting them shoot us, they were fine and wanted to play more. Bathrooms are clean, as is the whole building! Nothing felt dirty or looked dirty, and the owner (and even the guy who helped us with laser tag)-super nice and helpful! An awesome first time experience. We will definitely be back!!! Go support them! They are doing all they can to be fair, and ensure time well spent! Masks recommended, not required. That was another selling point for us, specifically.
