I don’t normally stop at this Starbucks because it’s always slow but today it was just so much closer. I felt so bad for the employees, TWO people working (which seems to be normal for this location on a Saturday according to everyone else waiting). One person making ALLLL the drinks and one ringing people up. The ringer stopped ringing to help make drinks. There were AT LEAST 50 people in there. 23 people in LINE and the rest of us waiting. Mobil orders weren’t being done, because they just couldn’t keep up, clearly not their fault. They were wonderful and apologetic and exhausted, over worked and I’m sure they are not getting paid enough for this. Two women who lo I ordered has been waiting longer than me and I waited 35+ minutes. I got there a few minutes after 10 and just got my drink, 10:43. The women that had Mobil ordered left, never getting their order. When I go to the 2 in Waltham, there is always at least 8 people at the drive through on and 6 people at the regular one. This Burlington mall road is just as busy if not business. Not sure who the owner of this one is but they are clearly not doing a good job because this happens every Saturday, (the very few Saturdays I’ve stopped here And the other people I talked with here said it’s every Saturday and they feel awful for the employees, so this is a continued problem). I got my drink which was NOT what I ordered but didn’t have the heart to complain as everyone else was. The owners need to get more involved... if this Is because they can’t hire anyone else or people quit (can’t blame them), then the owners themselves should be here whenever there isn’t enough employees working. Read moreThe fact I couldn't wait to get back to my office to write this review is how taken a back I was today with the service of this location. I generally come to this location 3-4 days a week after my PureBarre class and before heading back to work and today was probably the most rudest dealing I've had, this location has generally been decent and accommodating but today around 1:05 pm the older lady assisting me was annoyed that I was adding food to my order from the showcase as I was buying for multiple people, stepped away and the young girl took over very helpful and professionally. I go to the pickup section and the older lady just puts the bag on the counter and walks away so I had no idea if it was for me or not, I stood there she continues to do whatever, and the younger girl says are you all set? I again didn't know as I was still awaiting drinks but after she handed me the drink I just left, first off, I paid cash and gave a tip so there is really no reason for the attitude and disregard, but I will not be becoming back to this location unfortunately. The only reason this isn't one star is because the younger girl was sweet and did finish the order. For the amount of money Starbucks charges you think their customer service...
Read moreWe stopped here on our way out of town, after looking for multiple Starbucks that may be open on Christmas Eve, this one showed on their door, and online that it was open. We stopped in at 5:45pm to a place that was publicly marked open on Christmas Eve until 6:30pm. Not only was our group received with attitude and absolute rudeness, all of our drinks were mislabeled and half full and everything we tried to order they were “out of.” The barista was throwing a fit behind the counter, tossing milk and slamming the coffee maker. We left a tip for Christmas and the guy who took our order just said, “cool.” He then went to the door and proceeded to turn people away at 6pm, and freeze everyone inside so that we would leave, even though we were just waiting for our order. Starbucks, that was embarrassing, unacceptable, and nothing anywhere close to what we expect nationwide from your chain. It’s not that hard to be nice, especially during the holidays, when all we did was show up to an OPEN Starbucks with our family. If you want to close early… make that public, we would’ve gone somewhere else. Hope this review helps others make a better decision...
