Its fine for a quick stop to play, especially if you're waiting for an appointment for Lahey Hospital or waiting for someone to get through their appointment and not bring kids into the hospital. It's hard to get to from the main road. The street to access the lot is a side street, which is a one-way, and I did not know that when I pulled in. The lot is dirt and gravel with a porta-potty. Overflowing trash into the right of the gate and left of the porta-potty, right at the park entrance. There's a field with a walking path around it. Field is not maintained (I went May 16). There is an outdoor gym there - it looked small. The park itself had 2 slides, 4 swings (2 baby 2 regular). Another monkey bar section. That's it. Nothing exciting. Its mulch and there are some tree roots sticking out the ground near the swings, which tripped my son, and he got cuts on his knees.

Seems like a nice secluded and gated play area for children. It has an infant swing seat which was nice as they seem to be a dying breed. Our 14 month old son enjoyed running around the ground and using the swings when we have visited in the past. There also appears to be a Walking track and free work out equipment in the field next to it. The only real downside was that the road its entrance exists on is a one way, that connects as an approaching road immediately to a major road so it's not readily apparent on how to enter if you aren't already on the side road the park's entrance is connected to.

Small playground, but there are a walking trail right next to it. Some new installed exercise equipment. Nice and quiet
