Lazy lunch day, decided I needed some Thai food. Upon entering @ 1 pm on a Tuesday, I was greeted by a glowy and enthusiastic young woman with a ton of excess energy. She greeted me, asked me if it was dine in or take out...take out. Offered me a glass of water. One of my go to Thai choices is green chicken curry. I decided on that as my first try of this establishment. It was a nice quick workday turn around out of the kitchen. Portion was the typical quart size container with the cup size rice portion. They had the choice of white or brown rice. A lovely traditional recipe with plenty of al dente vegetables. It truly feels like you’re coming over to your Thai friend’s home for dinner because of the friendly staff and because of how authentic, fresh and generous the dishes are! The staff shared these recipes here are as authentic and homemade as when they grew up in Thailand. Very wholesome and nourishing dishes made with a lot of care. Very efficient and gave great recommendations — loved the crispy basil chicken, green curry and pad kee mao!
Will definitely come back again! Thanks so much for great meal...

My only issue was with the Tom Kha. It seemed the aromatics used to flavor the broth, such as large slices of ginger and chunks of what appeared to be lemongrass, were still in the soup. While I typically wouldn’t mind, the lemongrass was unexpectedly hard and sharp, blending into the broth and catching me off guard and gave me the feeling of eating plastic.
I’d recommend using a sachet to contain the inedible aromatics, ensuring a smoother dining experience. That said, I’m excited to return soon and try...
