Little disappointed in the recommendations given to me. I told the person that my German shepherd mix chews through everything, and I need something super tough. They recommended this ball to me saying it was difficult to get ripped up but still has that soft texture, so I was excited. They also recommended the pupscicle thing for her to be distracted with licking. Within an hour of giving them to her, she had already destroyed them. The ball was EASILY ripped up, and the rubber on the pupsicle was way less durable than any of her other rubber toys. They were mostly nice but I did also feel talked down to like I didn't know how to take care of my dog's needs just because I couldn't remember every single little thing we do to...

I went in today and a man stopped what he was doing to help me read can label after can label for a chicken allergy and I walked out with more knowledge about it than when I walked in! He spent time explaining allergies to me and helped make suggestions and I was so thrilled that my questions and my cats pickiness didn't bother him at all, unlike the pet store I had been at before finding Mud Bay!

I got sampled out wet foods to help me try and figure out what meats my cat will eat and signed up so what I bought can be tracked so I know if I've tested it on her before! The store itself was very clean, all staff members incredibly friendly and the shelves were stocked to the gills. Absolutely will be back time and time...

We got a new kitten and I was looking for a matching bowl to one we bought years ago from a different local pet store. This was the only location who had them, online wanted an insane amount of money, so I decided to get out of the house a little during this lockdown and drive up to this store. I’m SO glad I did! The store is super cute, really well organized and stocked. I told the cashier I’d never been there and about the new kitten and she gave me this adorable goodie bag with some treats in there my cats went NUTS for. I’m glad the bag is labeled because I’ll be heading back this week to get some! First impressions and customer service mean a lot to me, and based on this experience I’ll be back...
