If I could give a 0, I would. 3 times this restaurant has been closed at various odd hours ( 8pm , 10pm, 12am) when they indicated they were open. Me and approx 10 other cars sat in this drive though for 20 minutes waiting for someone to take our order, only to be told that they were closed. One can only assume because they did not staff someone to make food or that they neglected to make sure it was covered. Regardless, to make several customer wait 20 minutes and then tell them that you are closed? no apology, reason why, or anything to compensate for the loss of time, just a literal " Were, closed" , My order was done through the app and when I asked him about a refund , he expected me to wait 30 minutes to see if someone would come in to work I assume! When I told him nom he told me "Then you have to do it on your phone" Horrible customer service skills and restaurant management. I love Jack in the Box, but I would NOT recommend going to this location. If you cannot meet the hours you post, then you should update your apps or not use one at all.
In response to the reply from the company, I have already filled out the contact form. From what I have read, the concern is usually not addressed in any way that helps the problem. It keeps happening.
UPDATE: Its been 5 days since we requested the refund for the food that we NEVER received and not even a call or email or anything. We are still waiting for this. this further goes to show you how they handle business.
SECOND UPDATE: Its now been well over a week and not one single reply from the company to resolve this issue nor any attempt to reach out and understand what happened. Read moreAs with the previous review ate tacos from these guys a few months ago and got food poisoning. After getting out of the er the next day i go to tell them in person what happened they offer me new tacos. Of couse i opted for my money back. A month of so ago i started going in again and about half the time i order they are not putting cheese on them. So i started calling and they would replace them on my next visit. 1 got 4 tacos last week no cheese (they charge you 50 cents for a slice of cheese on a burger) called them and she said "she would write my name and phone number down and to be sure to bring in my receipt" which i did this morning. She proceeds to tell me she didnt talk to me (she and 2 cooks were working the day i called) and then tells me she called the shift leader, who had replaced another botched order 2 days prior and who i had spoken to and showed the receipt to 2 days earlier, and she doesnt know me. The gal behind the counter is telling me she didnt tell the leader my name, that there was no record of me calling, which i talked to her. I dont know whats going on there but they jacked the price of 2 tacos, now continually dont put cheese on them, and even worse now, wont honor their own words on replacements. Yep, they make people sick, dont care about medical bills for their product, and now skimping out on products. Read moreThis place was great but a couple of months ago an older, short woman started working here that is just bad at her job. She has no manners, no courtesy, she’s as rude as they come and she has an unwelcoming face does doesn’t help her at all. I was waiting for my food at the dinner and there was a customer who came in (from the drive through) to complain about his order. Instead of this woman fixing the problem she start screaming and making a big deal on who packed this guys order. They had the poor guy standing there more than 3min. All he was missing were value sized fries that were also sitting on the warmer. Later on that week I went back and for my bad luck the same woman was there. When she handed me my food, I asked her for her name and her position. She presented her self as, SONIA THE STORE MANAGER or on her own words; I Sonia da sturr manager. Ju habit da problem? I said, no, thank you for asking. You have a nice day know. I simply walked away. About a week after that, I was going in JB drive way and I’ve seen the same woman getting of her car. Simply drove off. Now that I know what car she drives, every time I want to consume anything in this JB, I stop and look for her car. I can assure you I will NOT pay to have her service.
