Read moreThis is the updated version. I had to go through all the bad reviews and found a lot of situations with not giving any incentives for going back there again. They definitely have a room for improvement. I'm from Colorado. I travel for work all over the country. I got off work really late and had to check in to a new hotel. I worked in Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill. The next site I have to work in is in Greensboro. So I had no time to go to the grocery store and explained this to who ever answered the phone at Wendys. My reason for calling was because they gave me stale fries to start off with. Then I had to call back and let them know that they didn't give me any napkins. The lady was quick to apologize both times. I told her the first time that I didn't want to hear apologies I just want her to make sure that all the staff knows that this is unacceptable. She said the first time that she will let her employees know and that again she apologizes for that. When I called back about the napkins, she went through the same spiel again with the apologies. Both times she didn't even offer me anything for my troubles. I would have turned her down anyways because I didn't want to drive back there as I drive a lot as is. I highly recommend not going to this place ever or at least till you can see better reviews and really go through the reviews. You have people that will leave 5🌟 reviews and they are more likely to be a regular employee, owner, or a manager. If I could give I zero...
Read moreTerrible customer service. I did not even order food through the drive through because the girl on the speaker was so rude and unwelcoming. Upon leaving, one of the little worker guys came around to the window and flipped me off. I was able to get in contact with the General manager and he assured me that NOTHING will be done about it because he thinks that I was the problem and instigated this situation. He also said that he would rather have an rude employee working for him than to have to pay the unemployment if he fired him. That is some backwards logic and not a business model that I want to support. This Wendy's is on my way home from work and I used to stop at least once a week to grab a quick snack of a cheeseburger but I will NEVER return. I recommend that you go to another fast food chain instead of the Wendy's in Alamance County. This particular group of Wendy's restaurants does not care about the customers they serve.
To the employee that flipped me off: have fun working at Wendy's and going nowhere in your life. Try a different approach and make an attempt at professionalism and maybe you can get a better job one day. Until then, you will always smell like french fries and mayonnaise and you will always be in the bottom rungs of society. Take some time and improve your way of life and try to add something to the community instead of flipping me off from the fastfood drive through window. I feel...
