Dunkin' — Restaurant in Burnham

It was too small for dining and in general. Wayyyyy too many people just waiting for their orders. They have a shelving system to get orders out. It wasn't efficient because they wouldn't call the name out most of the time. So you have a crowd of people waiting for their orders in the area. It was too loud especially at 930am. They have a kiosk RIGHT at the door. Not enough space for the line for the register and the door. There's only one entrance door. The other door is blocked from people coming IN on the side entrance. Parking was VERY tight and limited. I wouldn't drive a truck like and F150 or a regular to extended SUV. Compact cars. People blocking the parking near the dumpster so the ones who ACTUALLY parked in a parking spot can't maneuver out of. Bathroom was clean. Only one toilet per gender. Orders weren't completed together. So you have to watch to see if your order is completed. They need to have a microphone for orders to be picked up because you can barely hear them over everyone else there. I went on a Saturday but I was enroute home. It's only a ten min drive from...

Update September 2022: Since 2020 I have been using the mobile app to order ahead. I often order a drink and a donut. Almost all of the time they never include the donut. I have to go the front counter to ask for it. Also, today I ordered a hot drink and asked for extra flavor swirl. I was given less than extra and was charged for extra.

Decent size store. Seating has few charging outlets. Bathrooms smell.

The staff are mostly very young and while they try, the customer service is often poor. We once ordered a hot drink and was given a cold drink. We asked why this was and the employee said the machine to make it hot was broken. They made the drink knowingly wrong and gave it to us anyway without...

Chances are nobody reads a review of DD because I imagine anyone going there knows roughly what to expect. A decent range of donuts and a range of coffee products ranging from a filter to the kind of mochafrappacinowithaddedeverything that's a cupload of dead calories that happens to contain a splash of coffee.

It is what it is, it's OK but there are better places nearby. For a donut it's OK, for coffee I'd be inclined to go elsewhere and get better quality coffee. If you're into the things overflowing with cream and sugary syrup it won't make much difference what the tiny...
